One of the best local restaurants in Cary. Super knowledgeable and welcoming staff, with great recommendations and personal interactions. Colleen was our server and took great care of us. While their menu is smaller, they execute it all so well. The menu is made with fresh and high quality ingredients! We got the arugula salad, soppressata pizza and caramel cheesecake which were all amazing. Our server Colleen recommend we try their house flight of vermouths which were great to learn about and taste. Highly recommend this little hidden gem in downtown cary. The perfect weekend lunch spot!

My favorite place to eat pizza. It truly is fabulous, from the atmosphere to the best pizza you eat. You will be hooked from that very first bite. I promise they will not disappoint. The gnocchi was to die for and I can’t wait for our next visit. We do go every other month. I would eat there every week if I could. When the owner recognizes you every time you visit and she takes the time to come and have a conversation with, wow, that is cool. Thank you again for another wonderful visit.

The pizza was good, some black burned crust affecting 2 slices but overall good. The pineapple on the pizza looked to be almost crumbled, that was a new to us. Sparkling rose was served, at best, room temp; when asked if they had anything more chilled we were told that it all comes from the same wine fridge. As a general rule, sparkling alcoholic beverages such as rose and Prosecco are supposed to be served pretty chilled and crisp. Beet appetizer was a presented on a saucer; it consisted of pickled (aka not freshly cooked) bitter beets with a few nuts, disappointing and basic. Ambiance was meh. Although it was not busy, staff seemed overwhelmed.

Best restaurant and staff in Cary! Go for lunch for their sandwiches. Don’t forget about dessert either!

Their pizzas are great for sure but unfortunately they don’t take reservations so we haven’t been able to get a table in over a year. They close early for a restaurant and just aren’t that accommodating to serve customers since they won’t even do take out. A pizza joint that won’t do take out? I guess they’re too hoity-toity for that. We’ve given up on coming here again.

Ava was just an absolute doll! Great pizza and even better service. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. Probably an 11/10 if that was

An authentic Neapolitan pizza joint. And the appetizers are just as good.

I'm sure the food is great, but it is systemically impossible to eat here on a weekend. Our family is 2/2 for being denied a table despite multiple open tables for 15+ minutes before our eyes. They do NOT take reservations, they do NOT have a weekend take out, and if you arrive 3 hours before they close, their wait list is 'full'. Finally, there is not a fall back wait list for customers ready to camp for the food. Unfortunately, this business is too understaffed to sustain the demand. If you want to successfully eat here on a weekend, show up 4 hours before dinner, or expect to be denied your patronage and disappointment.

Don’t go here. Not family friendly and not worth the wait. Terrible service.

Best pizza…OMG!! Unfortunately I didn’t take photos, but I had the burrata pizza, and it was amazing! The crust was absolutely perfect, the sauce amazing, and the mozzarella to die for. I also had the cauliflower Caesar salad which is a must try! The only complaint I have is that they close soearly. Big shout out to the host, Sam!! He save the night for us. Thank you Sam! He is an outstanding young employee, and should be valued.

This place offers a unique Italian style pizza and spirits experience. Delicious oven baked thin crust pizza, nice selection of antipasti, and a large selection of wines and vermouths. Offers a unique vermouth flight I’ve not seen elsewhere. Loved their mushroom white based pizza.Service was quick and splendid, food was also quick and delicious. Nice outdoor seating but also beautiful and atmospheric lowlight indoor seating too. Love the bar area here and I also noticed a micra marazocco espresso machine, so I bet they have delicious espresso as well.Definitely coming back to try their vermouth sampler and antipasti.Parking: Will need to hunt for parking depending time of day and/or weekend. Can be busy downtown Cary, is next to a Main Street.

Firstly, the people were incredibly nice. The hostess was really kind, and set the tone for the whole dining experience. And the pizzas were delicious. Between Faulisi and Cugino Forno, I think I’d go with Faulisi because of the better selection. They have a ton of great options. We will absolutely be back.Kid-friendliness: There were multiple families

Pizza is okay, It had no remarkable notes. Its way too thin and the crust is too chewy. I can't tell if they're trying to serve a classic neapolitan style pizza or something thats their own unique style. The food is not bad, but its certainly not noteworthy either. I would have much preferred a soft and airy neapolitan crust.

Sure cute, but welcoming, and delicious. Our server was wonderful and gorgeous. She was very kind and accommodating. I love Pizzeria Faulisi! Highly recommend.Dietary restrictions: Lots of options.Parking: Tight but manageable for now.Kid-friendliness: Near a Main Street but open air. We sat outside.
