Okay, I'm going to set this straight. Yes, this place has new management and a new name. It's a NEW place. There is no comparisons to be made. I've been eating at this place for a long long time and have enjoyed it. Now, under new management, I continue to keep coming back time and time again! Why?The pizza is not only amazing, but also outright delicious! Hands down Rigo's is the place to beat! Nobody does it better outside of Brooklyn, NY! Rigo's even makes Sicilian pies! Mmm!The FOOD! The old place, I couldn't eat any of their food because it was horrible. Rigo's? Meatballs or Chicken Parm (dinner or hero), out of this world. (That's all I had so far because I just keep craving it) but makes we want to sample the entire menu. The new hours. Open Sundays! YES!!!!!!!! They don't just randomly close for seemingly weeks at a time for whatever reasons. This place is the bomb. Let haters be haters but if you want the best pizza/Italian food in the area, you need to come here to Rigo's! I love it!

Big fan of Pizza Veritas for a long time. Won't be visiting again after I tried the new owner's food. Pizza is similar, crust not as good. The garlic knots had been my favorite - now they are dry and not tasty at all. Very disappointing.

I never went to Pizzeria Veritas under its previous ownership. I have been there several times recently (under the new management) for pick-up and I think it is the closest thing to genuine NY style pizza that I have experienced in NC. I take my pizza seriously and I think this place is great!

Probably good food, however didn’t even get the chance to eat there as they didn’t get my DoorDash order I created. Guy at the front just says nothing to me and moves on to the next customer so I just end up leaving the store with no information.

While the service was great - we are so disappointed that the new owners have changed everything about the pizza. It's maybe average now. My husband thought this was the best pizza he had had outside of New York under the original owners. I doubt we will go back now.

So, born in Manhattan lived in NYC surrounding area 50 years. I've been SEARCHING 13 years in NC for that Bronx, Manhattan, Queens pizza experience. I asked Veritas for a few modifications to get the pizza we craved. They were willing to try and it came out perfect, like authentic NY pizza! We like a crispy crust, generous amounts of cheese and toppings with a few drops of oil dripping from the slice when you fold it in half. Oh the anticipation of a juicy, cheesy pizza! Crunch! Now just try pulling the slice away from your mouth and watch how long the syringy cheese stretches while you use both hands to savor each and every bite.Ohhhh yeahhh....it's that good!

Not sure why all the negative comments on here about Veritas....We have been going since opening several years ago (followed the owners from Randy's Pizza previously), and the new owners have made changes to the interior and equipment, but food is STILL a ten! Terry and his team are very personable, and make the dining experience just as great as the food they serve!

It’s been a while since we visited this pizza place and ? man! I can’t say how much we enjoyed the pizza, pasta and veal parmigiana. This was the closest to the New York pizza I’ve found in this area. My family couldn’t stop talking about it. Thanks for the wonderful food and service!

This used to be the best pizza in the triangle. Under the current ownership, the experience has become mediocre, but you can see that the staff is doing their best to improve. The pizza could use a little more sauce, and the crust could use a little more salt in the dough. Other than that, it is fine. The atmosphere is also rather bland.I wish the best for the staff and hope they can bring back Pizzeria Veritas as the best pizza in the triangle.
