Thomas' attitude and demeanor are horrible. He definitely has a problem with certain people which, is indicative by his snarky answers. He consistently gave us overly inflated price quotes. Thomas is by far an incompetent, disrespectful, and unhelpful individual. This ineptness is evident in his poor listening skills, demeanor, lack of customer service knowledge, and competency. I finally gave up trying to assist this very young individual learn true customer service and left the business. Moreover, I went 1 mile further up on Davis Drive to The UPS Store. Their demeanor and customer service are superb. The employee at The UPS Store had a wonderful personality and was eager to assist. He provided me with an accurate delivery quote. This further proved to me Thomas' was overly exaggerating figures, which were twice the amount. I personally believe this to be a constant behavior towards people of a different ethnicity by Thomas. If I could have given this establishment 0 stars trust me I would have done so. As a trainer in customer service excellence; try coaching Thomas as he certainly lacks the traits and characteristics.

So disappointed. Apparently new owners as I’ve had great experience in the past. Mailed special college senior night posters to arrive in plenty of time for a big event. Paid to expedite. Did not see the label get put on my package and was told it would be taken care of. UPS says they never received the package and thus the posters never made it for the special event. They are still missing with no tracking several days later . The response I got was that they would call me the next day when i called to ask a iut the missed delivery date and let me know a status and they never called. I had to call and request a refund, three days later. We still have to incur the cost of re-printing the posters as a memento. There were so many ways they could’ve made this right and sos not seem to care at all .

Been to this location a handful of times, and never had a positive experience. Arrived 5:50pm May 28. Lights were on, open sign was lit, door was locked, no one inside to be seen.

Staff is unprofessional and rude. Told me going to ship through air and priority so should be there 1-2 days. It was actually ship through ground. When I called told me there is no guarantee it will get there when it get there. Priority means nothing it just name. I said it’s already been 4 days what if it doesn’t get delivered it today. He was like so it will deliver tomorrow. Like make me sound like I am stupid. There was no sorry no thank you nothing. It took 8 days.

There is a teenager in the counter and he is so rude when he asks for something and forget about welcome and thank you.
Very bad customer service, I will try to avoid the store.

We had a very good experience at the Post Annette where we had to mail a delicate antique piece which weighed quite a bit. They provided us with great assistance by properly packing the article and shipping it to the right place. The owner (Mr. Ravi) and his employees are very helpful in guiding us through the process. We highly recommend their services.

Being at Postal Annex for shipping my stuff has always been a pleasant experience for me. The people working there are very helpful and joyful. I’ve never had any unpleasant or rude behavior by any of the working staff at Postal Annex. I would recommend anyone who wants one stop shipping service, to visit Postal Annex. I’m sure you will never get disappointed.

Customer service is non-existent at this location. The guy who sits in the front desk is VERY VERY rude. I read the old reviews and seems like this has always been a problem. Why would any one put someone so rude in the front to deal with customers. He told me he has been there for 4 years, so for 4 years he has been rude to clients and the owners havent done anything about it? It doesnt make any business sense.
