I have three spaces at the Cary parkway Public Storage. There are always some bad things you can say about a place and I don't agree with all of their policies because they do Jack up rates after you're in there. But one thing I can say about this particular location is the the person they have behind the desk whose name is Grace, is a God send. The friend will go out of her way to help you. It's always courteous, polite, And just a bright spot in your day when having to deal with business. I cannot say that for everybody that works there. There is a vast difference in the personnel. They should do everything in their power to keep this woman there.She keeps the place together 100% I had the opportunity to meet Jason. I think he's like the district manager or something. And he was extremely polite and nice to talk with too. I had a short conversation with him. I told him my pros and cons. On the place, and it seemed like he was willing to work on things that needed done. Also, they recently just put in all brand new doors so they open and close. Really easily. Anyway, if you go there and grace is behind the desk, you're good to go!

Yes, it's a decent location. Yes, it's easy to rent multiple storage units as needed.
The worst thing about this company is they often raise the price of your unit, and there's nothing you can do about it. You do not have access to your storage spaces 24/7, as we were led to believe online. The staff has very limited hours if you need help. The doors lock between 9pm and 6am. Often the facility doors are broken and access to various sides of the building are limited.

Corey has helped me immensely with the moving in process. Every question asked he had an answer to! I was worried about previous reviews regarding "The doors" Corey explained there's nothing to worry about as it is being worked on. I highly recommend this location!

This place is a joke. The doors never work and the place is never secure. I called today and talked to Donna about the building being exposed. She hung up on me after she couldn’t answer the tough questions as to when will it he fixed. Classy help they have. They get your money and then they do not care what happens next. Even if you are waiting on someone to fix it, which has been months now, they should be communicating that with their customers. The rent has been raised twice in a year!!! Enter at your own risk.

Satisfied with the price and location of my unit. Customer service 1st appeared great, they called the day after my move-in date to make sure everything went well; however, I didn't move that day, I was moving in that weekend. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the day I went there, they were "open" which I would assume would me a worker would be there, but there was no one. They do not provide a map of where the unit is located on the floor, just the floor, so I walked around forever until I found it. Then when I found it, there were no instructions on how to open the unit, or lock up, I had to find a stranger who was loading stuff in his own unit to help me.

They had such friendly staff and a well kept facility, Corey was able to help me find a unit that would fit my needs! I was also able to get my packing supplies here too!

Not secure!!! The automatic doors have been open for several days. We called to let them know of and they didn’t call us back. Anyone can drive up and walk in to the indoor storage areas and the a/c is just running out the doors 24x7. We stopped in to ask what’s going on and the employee said it happens every few weeks because movers hired by renters jam the doors and because they don’t have a contract with the movers they can’t do anything about it. They’ve had a “work order” in for several days…in the mean time NOTHING IS SECURE IN THAT BUILDING!! They have no concerns or long term plan to keep or stop this from happening. I would NEVER choose this place again.

It was a pleasant time renting here. The rent was a good price and the facility was clean. Staff was excellent to work with. Would be a pleasure to store here again

We moved out of our storage unit in April, yet it’s mid May and we continue to get billed and now with late charges. Corporate customer service is fantastic but the property manager here is awful.0 communication, we’ve left multiple messages and we haven’t heard back. I would not recommend this place unless you enjoy communicating with a wall & getting overcharged :)
