I just had an appointment this morning and don't often write Google reviews but Jocelyn (the phlebotomist) at this location was so pleasant, kind and professional that I felt it was needed. She was wonderful! I read the reviews before booking my appointment so was a little hesitant but I made my appointment for early in the morning and was called back before my appointment time. In and out in 10 minutes! If I need to use Quest again in the future I will 100% go here!

Very efficient check-in process. On time. Lab professional who drew my blood sample was very personable, friendly, professional, and efficient. She thoroughly explained everything she was doing. I was very pleased and highly recommend this particular Quest location.

Fantastic experience. I was clearly nervous, and the whole time she was a delight and kept me distracted with chit chat.
Also I’ve never had a phlebotomist be so thorough in looking for a good spot. Usually I’m a bit of a tough one, but she found a good vein so easily with a bit more effort then people usually bother with.
Thank you so so much if you read this! Will definitely be back the next time I need blood drawn! (I should've asked for a sticker, they were so cute haha)

Just had my blood drawn for the third time at the Baines Ct location by Jocelyn. She is the best there is. I used to be nervous about having blood drawn because in the past nurses have dug around leaving large black and blue marks on my arm. With Jocelyn its just a tiny poke, pleasant conversation and suddenly nine vials later you're done. It's so pleasant, I'm almost sorry when it's over! To Quest: I love her so much, please please please make sure you are paying her enough so she continues working there. Also, kudos to Quest because your check-in process using the text link was excellent. Took 20 seconds to check-in and I was attended to after only about 3 minutes of waiting. Very, very good! Thank you.

Run!! Go to morrisvile one!!! Onely ONE PERSON works, she is nice but nothing organized. You gotta waste 2hrs waiting!! Go to morrisvile one, much clean, nice and fast!!!

I will always come to this location. Appointment and check in was so seamless. Short wait time, but Jocelyn is what made the whole experience fun! She is hilarious and so kind. She really puts her patients at ease. Hope they take care of this employee, she’s a gem!

Not sure who the drivers are for Quest Diagnostic cars with logos, but today a lady in car number #8493 was aggressive in the trader joes parking lot and almost caused an accident while being insistent on a parking space (horns were blowing for her to stop but she didnt). I hope Quest reviews safety driving instructions especially when on a personal grocery run in company car. Thankfully noone was hurt or injured.

Jocelyn was great. I explained to her that there had been problems in the past finding a good vein in my arm. She put some heat on the back of my hands and easily found a good vein to draw the blood that she needed. It was a very good visit.

Jocelyn is the kindest professional
phlebotomist I have ever met. She made the whole process fast, easy, and comfortable. I highly recommend her at Quest Diagnostics and I plan to come back when needed.
