Front staff are inefficient and have very poor knowledge and skills in regard to their job.

I was at the service center last week to fix my Volvo car. My insurance is based out of Virginia. The person I don't know her name. She was so rude on my face. Due to my car damages I can't drive back to Virginia. She was trying to tell all sort of excuses to avoid repairs. She was so rude on to my face.

This place is awesome! They fixed my car in two weeks while other collision shops told me it would be a month before they could even schedule me for an appointment. The people who worked there were friendly and professional, and they communicated well with me by sending me regular updates while my car was being fixed.
If you need work done to your car then definitely give these guys a call!

I called them and Jess said to bring it in the same afternoon for her to take a look. She was so helpful and eased my mind that the car was fine after a minor collision. Will definitely recommend and go there if needed. Tesla dealership wouldn't check the car until two months out...

I had a good experience with Relentless Collision after a truck hit my parked Tesla model Y. I wasn't expecting there to be $4k worth of damage, but the repair looks great. They even detailed my car before I picked it up! Tyler kept me updated along the way. I'd use Relentless again in the future, but of course hope not to need their services.

I came here to pick up my eye glasses that I had left in our friend's car which was being repaired. I got in touch with Jess. I was so impressed with her efficient and excellent customer service and I ended up getting our Tesla X repaired a few days later. Now a days we don't get this kind of good customer service.

Every once in a while you walk into a business and they make your day. That was my experience with Relentless. I walked into Relentless, 5 minutes before closing, so upset that someone had scratched my new car. Noah was there, and he took the time to look at my car even though it was closing time. He had me come back the next morning and it was fixed in 20 minutes. This doesn't happen in the world anymore. I really appreciate the kindness and service I received at Relentless. Everyone there was so friendly, and the establishment is very nice. No junky body shop here. It is clean, modern and high tech. I would not hesitate to bring my car back and I would recommend all my family and friends if they need work on their car. Thank you again Noah!

Mainly foreign made expensive car service, but they person who spoke with me was caring knowledgeable. Since my SUV didnt fit the mainline service, I would use Relentless when I do purchase a Mercedes or BMW. Techs are trained diff so more labor pricing.
