Lease a mattress from this location for a short period of time. Phoned in ahead of the renewal date on 1/29/24 to request a pick up and was told that the company does not accept returns on mattresses.At the time of my leasing the item, I was not informed of this update. The item is a lease item.Contacted the Corporate office who intern contacted the store directly and the agent stated that he was told by the Area Manager that there is no return on mattresses, however the agent never informed me at the time of lease which is now an issue that Corporate had to create a complaint ticket to be forwarded to the Area Manager for further review. Still waiting on a response/update at of 2/2/24.

I put in a order on wednesday I called the store on Friday and asked what the deal was. And even though it's said online that they had the furniture, the store said they didn't and they had to call other stores to find it so a day or two go by I call again. It was the same story that they couldn't find the furniture. At this point the manager said he can get me something different and it would be about another week before it can be delivered. I was just fed up at this point and asked for the contract agreement to be terminated. My only question was after the manager was fine losing my business that how long before I get refunded my money. He said 7-10 business days but when I was paying for the furniture the money was out of my account in 7-10 seconds but I may have to wait over a week for my money. Will change my review if refund is issued sooner.

Absolutely appalled! Order washer and dryer set, was supposed to be delivered Tuesday never came till Thursday, they hooked up the washer wrong cold water to the hot water and vice versa . Dryer doesn’t even heat or dry clothes ! They never covered the wires in back of dryer resulting in my husband being electrocuted!! Never hooked up a vent hose either ! I’m beyond mad and disgusted with the service ! And lack of respect !

Disrespectful staff with poor communication etiquette. One associate spoke to me as if I was a child. When I tried to express my concern on how disorganized they were with sending me over a new contract in a timely fashion. The phone conversation was so intense I had to disconnect the call, as I am a professional and not a child. I will be escalating this issue to corporate immediately. Will never bring service to them again.

The items are in good condition but even if you’re a day late they’ll hassle money or take your merchandise! I’ve had far better experiences with ez rentals than renta center and they charged me $10 for a late fee and the payments are always getting earlier and earlier!

Terrible. I submitted an order didn't hear from anyone for a week. I resubmitted for the same product just to be told they don't have it and gave worn out dingy options then placed me in a contract on a product I didn't even agree upon. So I never signed it but yet they're trying to lock me into a product I repeatedly stated I have no interest in

Whoever the manager is here needs to be retrained Both in the company policy and Customer service, Apparently he likes to make up his own rules, so I had to call corporate on him.....The corporate supervisors Angel and Beth we're both really nice and helped me out a lot and got the situation handled fast

I ordered a refrigerator online that said it was in stock. I soon found out it was not in stock and the search to find one was one. I was then called a few days later and told they found one and would deliver it by 530 pm. This one was larger and more expensive. They asked me to sign a new form and said the first charge would be refunded and a second charge applied. ** The second charge was applied, but the first one was not refunded.The fridge showed up at 7pm, completely filthy with broken shelving and drawers. The next morning, we were appalled to learn the fridge didn't even work! We quickly called the manager, who said she would find us another fridge and have it out to us that day. She later called to say they found one but they couldn't bring it out until the next day. So far, we haven't seen the replacement fridge and have a broken fridge sitting in our house. This has to be one of the worst experiences from a retail store we've ever experienced. And nothing has been done to correct the situation. We will certainly attempt to contact the corporate office and file an official complaint.
