Why have a phone you refuse to answer? If I'm calling it's probably for a reason. I don't want to drive all the way up there if you don't have what I need so I call to check. Doesn't matter time or day they'll ignore your calls. Trash. Would not recommend. Won't be giving any more business to shell if they can't answer a damn phone ever.

Pumps don’t have tap to pay/Apple Pay enabled. Chip readers hardly work. Pumps offer ethanol free gas, so that’s a plus.

offered to pay for an item to use the restroom at 11:25pm. I was declined when I was told the store was closed. Upon checking online, it should be open 24 hours. I came in again to double check as my needs were urgent and was lied to once again.

This is the highest octane ethanol-free gas in Cary, Holly Springs, Apex... Probably one of the highest in Raleigh as well. Thank you

Slowest gas pumps i’ve ever used. Took nearly 10 minutes to pump 13 gals. Had a sticker on the pump saying “Fastest pumps in town guaranteed”, yeah right.

Gas station is not open 24 hours. Employees closed the store and left the premises while I unknowingly sat at the pump, finishing an email, about to get out and pay for gas on a Friday night at 11pm. Google really needs to change this misleading info about the store hours.
