Almost every time I stop here to put in gas, there is a problem with the pumps. It won't take my charge card and the screen tells me I have to go inside. Or it won't let me finish the process and choose the type of fuel I want. Or the pump is just out of order and not marked.
Save yourself aggravation and go to the Circle K across Ten Ten from there.

I recently stopped by the Shell gas station on Kildaire Farm Rd in Cary, and I was thoroughly impressed. First and foremost, they offer the cheapest gas prices in the area, which is always a major plus. But it’s not just the fuel that makes this place stand out.
The store itself is exceptionally well-lit and clean, creating a pleasant environment for customers. What really caught my attention, though, was the impressive variety of adult beverages they carry, all at incredibly competitive prices. Whether you’re stocking up for a party or just looking for a special treat, you’re likely to find exactly what you need here without breaking the bank.
Overall, this Shell station hits all the right marks with its unbeatable gas prices, extensive selection of beverages, and a clean, well-maintained store. Highly recommended for anyone in the area

The store attached to this Shell should be under investigation for the counterfeit vape and Juul products they sell. I was sold a closed package of Juul pods and upon opening it found all cartridges had been opened and replaced. I went back to the shop twice asking to speak with an owner/manager and both employees (young guy at night and heavy guy during the day) acted like they don’t know who the owner or manager was. Very shady business practices, expect all tobacco and vape products purchased here to be tampered with or counterfeit. The police and ATF should pay them a visit for the illegal flavored vapes being sold as well.

Station used to be fine but now they blast you with ads as you pump gas. Avoid.

This gas station use to be very clean. It’s very filthy now. There are no plastic gloves for diesel, there are no napkins like before. This was a very very clean gas station. They need to get it cleaned up. Also need to clean the pumps . Sad to see things get run down like this ... I am hopefully with the new owners.... this will happen

Terrible car wash. Don't waste your money. Not even sure any soap came out. No dryer. Just the worst ever. Drive to another car wash. Awful!!

It's a shame there is never a 'zero stars' option on any review sites. This place never addresses the issues with their pumps, usually half of the pumps are covered with bags, and the ones that do work they usually make you come inside to pay. I have complained to Shell multiple times but so many stations are owned and operated by independents like these that DO NOT GIVE A CRAP about their customers, I don't know if it could ever reach a negative noise level where Shell would yank their franchise. Also half of the time they don't put paper towels in the dispenser. I will no longer frequent this station despite it being right at the entrance of my neighborhood. If I encounter this type of issue at other stations, Shell will lose my business.

They have a working air pump. It's $1.50 for five minutes (boo), but it takes credit cards (yay).
