My husband and I went into the Sleep Number Store in Cary without a clear idea of what we were looking for or if we even wanted to buy. Evelson was very helpful in explaining the different options, letting us try several beds without any pressure or up-selling. We left without making a purchase and again got zero pressure to do so; just that he would be available for any questions in the future. We ended up purchasing a bed, adjustable base, and headboard the next day. Overall we had a great experience thanks to Evelson.

Elverson and Karen were awesome helping up choose the right mattress for us. The flex king is the one we ended up getting. They were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions plus more. Go to the Cary store for the best customer service with Elverson and Karen.
I also wanted the bed delivered before my surgery that was In seven days and they worked it out. Went above and beyond.

Truly successful sales professionals must possess at least two critical traits.
1.) Belief in their product.
2.) Love of people and how the aforementioned product can help those people.
When those two things are in synchronicity, you have something special.
Karen at the Sleep Numbed Cary location has those two traits in spades! First and foremost she displayed love of people. My wife and I have had horrible experiences with mattress purchases in the past and went in already on the defensive. That lasted less than 30 seconds after meeting Karen.
She was kind, patient, warm, witty, and curious without being intrusive. Afterall, she is “stepping into your bedroom” to assist in your sleep. Whatever previous experience we had in the past melted away and soon we were enthralled with not only her explaining features of the various beds, but personal stories.
As to the belief in her product, Karen has been with Sleep Number for almost 30 years and owns 4 of their beds. She’s NOT the Toyota salesperson who drives a Ford.
She’s the real deal.

Very friendly and informative time with the manager while avoiding the high pressure sales pitch. Purchase, delivery and setup went smoothly with a lot of communication, and everything went as promised. Even got post delivery contact to make sure I was satisfied.
