I went here for an oil change. There were no other cars. I walked into the lobby and nobody greeted me or came in. I waited a few and finally spotted a gentleman in the garage sitting on a bucket smoking a cigarette and scrolling his phone. Not once did he look up or notice me walking in or out of the building. I waited almost 10 minutes. I finally left and went down the road to another shop. If he can't be bothered from his phone and cigarette then I don't need him working on my car.

I recommend this location looking for any oil changes/state inspections - they treat you like family, honest, quick, and have knowledge of the few honest mechanics around to deal with. Definitely recommended and God bless em all!

I had an estimate from a national dealership which had done brake work on my car 6 months ago. The breaks were grinding and was found that the pads were completely shot. I received an estimate of $690 to replace and then on the back side it said plus tax and shop charges. It was going to be close to $1000!
I had gone to snappy lube last year and was impressed by the knowledge of the owner and staff. They did my rear brakes quickly and for a fair price. I went back to them yesterday to have them look at my situation. They were amazed at the estimate I was given. They did the needed repairs quickly and efficiently and the cost was less then 400 dollars. The owner and staff were friendly courteous and accommodating. The work was first class. I was found to be low on oil and they topped me off. Filled all my tires with air and made sure all was to my satisfaction. Dave and owner Jt are professionals who know how to deliver great service and satisfaction. I am a customer who appreciates honesty and quality work. Thank you guys

I dont often leave reviews on chainstores or companies so the fact that i am here is basically saying you may want to listen.. we had a squirrely sensation come from the brakes in our travels from Va to Cary Nc. The folks at Snappy lube here in Cary were knowledgeable, bloody fast, and EXTREMELY kind. They looked at, cleaned, serviced our car and brakes and since there was no immediate need to replace components, let us go without charge. That form of kindness and service i RARELY see offered or given anymore in the world. God bless those folks and thank you from the bottom of our heartsService: Brakes
