I've had a beautiful experience renting from Extra Space Storage in Cary off of 501. Arron was always very helpful and friendly with a smile. He keeps his positive energy going with everyone and I especially appreciate him for his constant work and efforts to make all customer's happy.

Such a great experience!! I had to switch units for easier access and Aaron made it very easy. He even walked me to the unit to show me where it was and swept the leaves out!

From the day I’ve gotten my unit Aaron N. has been beyond helpful. At one point I’ve had a smaller unit and he went out his way to help me obtain a larger unit with no problems and always been pleasant anytime I’ve came there to make a payment. Excellent customer service ⭐️

The store person was friendly and accommodating. The grounds are very old and pavement is in rough condition. The CubeSmart certainly knows you are a captive customer that is why they were not shy to increase the rent by 23% just after first two months of rental. 23% is very noticeable but more importantly, how can anyone plan their storage budget if the company will keep increasing the rate every 2-3 months by 20%-25%. Their 800-line response, was move out if do not like our pricing, they know it would cost $1200-$1500 to move to a different storage. Everyone is in business to make money, I get that, but in captive situations like this one, there should be some level of control.
