The staff here is very helpful in answering questions about the painting or staining supplies you need as well as mixing paint and stain colors. I went back and forth about stain colors, eventually mixing my own custom color and the staff was so accommodating and helpful. The stained ceiling looks great!

When I go to this paint store in cary, I appreciate they are always helpful no matter how many questions I have . Jaime especially has always helped me with my choices and finishes over the years with my ongoing remodeling projects.

Recently, I went to buy SOLID Stain for the purpose of retaining our fence. I couldn’t find the color I wanted despite shopping all the commonly sold brands in Lowes, Home Depot and Sherwin Willliams. Finding the color you want can be so challenging. Jaime patiently listened to what I was seeking and then he mixed a custom color for me from the FLOOD line. The color is just what I wanted and Jaime made the process easy and pleasant.

As most people know, these days, it is very difficult to find business staff members that are willing to take the extra step to provide outstanding customer service. Jaime Ortiz was able to provide me with exceptional knowledgable, customer service and 100% satisfaction. It was nice to see and it should be acknowledged by upper management.Thanks Jaime, I didn't want you to think your efforts were unnotice. This Spectrum store will do well having you as the store manager. Keep up the good work.
