This company goes above and beyond in terms of customer care. We were having major problems procuring a new wheelchair and shower chair. We had been through 2 different companies and we were on year 2 when Stalls came to the rescue. I don’t say this hyperbolically, they truly rescued us. I was almost out of hope and this company restored my faith. Despite the challenge they faced with our insurance changing they never gave up. They worked diligently and expediently to get the wheelchair and shower chair. Most companies of today don’t seem to care, but Stalls really does and that gives me hope. I would recommend this company to anyone and they’ve won a lifelong customer in me.

I have had nothing but excellent customer service and support from stalls medical. Cason has made sure that I could get all the medical equipment I needed to help me with my daily activities. He came out and installed everything in no time. Even if I need a repair on anything they come out quickly to resolve the problem. I would recommend stalls medical to everyone. I am very pleased with the way they go out of their way to help me to make sure I have what I need to live a normal life as possible. I am very pleased with my new wheelchair. Also I got an easy stand and a shower buddy. I love all my equipment and very satisfied. And thanks again for Cason coming out to install everything

Stalls Medical is AMAZING! I've been in a wheelchair for 6 years now and up until I got my new power wheelchair from them I could not find a suitable chair for me. They are awesome. Their service, communication and passion overall is everything you want. Definitely check them out! They changed my life.

I have been paralyzed for 32 years, and Stall’s is the only place I have or ever will use! They have grown over the years, but they still manage to treat all their customers like family. They truly want to help!!! It’s not all about the money for them. Jerry and his entire staff go above and beyond! Like I said, I will never even consider another medical supplier!

We purchased the power chair Jazzy for my husband last fall. It is a high quality chair, completely adjustable to the individual's needs, size, shape, comfort, and purpose. As a bonus, it looks sleek and attractive! We loved working with everyone on the Stalls staff! They are professional, courteous, more than helpful, bending over backwards to assure a positive experience. We highly recommend Stalls for any and all of your medical equipment needs!

Stalls Medical is dedicated to patient well-being. Every aspect of their operation is handled with precision and attention to detail. I felt assured and confident throughout my entire experience.Their expertise and skill are evident, and I felt completely at ease knowing that I was in capable hands. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me and my son, making sure I understood what My son would be recieving and making sure that he would get what was best for his mobility. I have worked with this company and Cason for the past 7 years and they have never let my family down. Cason is one of the guys that shows he care about people. He always has been a great help to whatever the need is and if he can't help he will point us in the right direction to someone in his company that can help. They have busy schedules , but they always get back to me at there earliest convenience. This company is amazing.I give them 10 stars.

Called to get an EZ Lock bracket for a wheelchair. Left multiple messages with different people and never got a call back. When you call their phone number you get a robot answering system that's not helpful at all. You pretty much have to call multiple times and press extension numbers until you get someone that's not just an answering machine. After a week of waiting for a callback I gave up and called Van Products. Within 3 minutes I was taken care of.

I wish there could be an option of zero stars for the review and they do not even deserve that. They are unprofessional. Jack Schrodinger does not even have the courtesy to respond to customer's requests. The ladies in the building chat and gossip for hours but won't attend to customers. Avoid these guys.

Stalls Medical is a very reputable company..their customer service reps have been very kind and courteous and patient. Each time i have to call them they listen to the issue, we discuss my options and they execute and follow through. They don't rush you off the phone with just any answer.. they take time to make sure that the client is well informed and satisfied. I had to order some custom made equipment and they kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire process, updating me on the progress and any issues that they come against! Mr. Stalls came out to the house ..assessed the situation and got the proper equipment ordered expeditiously! Thank you Stallls Medical for treating me like a person and not just a number!!
