I live in Greensboro. I traveled to meet family for dinner. I was very displeased to find this place for ATM purposes and the ATM machine was down. Not a happy customer.

The people who work in the offices are RUDE!!The casherirs are nicer but do not ask to speak with a person in the offices they will bite you. I rather make Bussiness in the one on Macedonia Rd. Alll the people there are super nice specially the tellers.

The customer service people in the office is RUDE. I went inside there to ask a question and this black lady gave me a face that she will be bitting me any time soon, so I left as soon I could.Too bad this branch get of Bussiness.I love the people at the other branch on 2700 Macedonia Rd the cashiers and people in the offices are amazing so please avoid the one branch on 531 Walnut St. They don't even deserve one start.

Bank constantly takes money out of my savings for non existent “overdraft” fees and then proceeds to make me feel stupid when I call and ask about it. 10/10 would not recommend this bank

The drive thru portion of the bank is often backed up at this location and takes me more than 15 minutes to just deposit money. ??♂️

I opened an account with SECU in 1962. Through all these years I have always found a friendly staff, very efficient in all account transactions. I would never think of going anywhere else to handle my financial needs. Thank you.

Went there at 3:00 P.M when there was no one there, and had to wait ten minutes to receive help. When I finally got to speak to the service’s officer, she was clueless. I had asked a simple question, but she had no idea what I was talking about. Ended up taking thirty minutes for a five minute visit.

The financial services officer here is not knowledgeable, and couldn't answer the simple question I asked. She also gave me a look that said "What are you even talking about??" I ended up waiting 20 minutes while she consulted other officers about this topic, and this whole visit ended up taking 30 minutes.
