The only positive aspect of this trip is Casey’s professionalism. At least he made sure I was taken care of. I cannot say the same for Jeff B., whose drive-thru lane I was in. I don’t care what personal gripe he has with me, but I expect you do do your job, Jeff. Beyond furious right now.

If you’re looking for banking with any empathy or compassion, don’t come here, and avoid Jason Evans like the plague. After speaking with Mr Evans, I was under a lot of duress due to learning that processing errors had caused late fees that the bank would not be willing to help with, which would mean I would barely make my bills meet with no money until next week. While trying to avoid having a breakdown, I was told that I would need to leave due to hitting my hand on the floor a singular time. I agreed that I would as soon as I felt safe to drive (vision blurry due to watering eyes). A few minutes later, I was asked if I was awaiting a ride, upon which I elaborated that I still felt unsafe driving. When I finally left, the door contacted the back wall, making a noise. I hardly registered this until mr Evans exited the building to tell me that if I “slammed” his doors again, he would call the police on me, still not even acknowledging the tears on my face or the fact that I wasn’t even able to verbalize my apology. After a moment to gather myself, I went back in to ask a question that hadn’t been answered before seeing myself to my vehicle, where I was then engaged by a police officer that had been called in spite of Mr Evans claims that they would be contacted upon further door slamming.If you intend to have any sort of emotions or a real response to having a hundred dollars stolen from your grocery funds, go anywhere else or Jason will call the cops on you for it. I was told that he simply desired me to exit the property, he’ll certainly have his wish as I have no intention on using this terrible bank again.

My nephew was approved for a used car loan online. He went inside the branch located at 2700 Macedonia Rd in Cary and spoke with Christina Scagnelli. She already seemed annoyed before he even sat down. She first said he needed to prove insurance. He called Geico and they verified the vehicle was added. Then she said his paperwork didn't match the amount he got approved for. He proceeded to show her 3 check stubs and w2s for the last 2 years and she still would not process the loan. Then told him to let them handle it online. My thing is if he verified everything online and was approved is she saying the online loan officers are incompetent? Now if this isn't as racist as it gets. I believe she saw this young black male with dreads and it was an automatic no. She was trying to find a reason not to approve him. Just about my entire family banks with NCSECU. All branches aren't like this but Navy Federal would never.

Chris would benefit from more training. He made several comments that did not need to be made. He misspoke and questioned me unnecessarily. Yes, follow all your policies and procedures but there is a professional way to do it without offending or accusing. He is also very slow which he said about himself twice. I called and spoke with Steven who I was told was the teller manager but I doubt anything will be addressed.

Their employees need to know the correct information we called last week to see if they have $2 bills and we let him know that we are not members of this particular credit Union we are a member of a credit union but in Florida and they told us that was fine that they do sell the $2 bills now the lady telling us today that they don't sell the $2 bills unless you are a State employees credit Union member which is ridiculous if you got the money why does it matter anyway I will never go there I will never have an account there I am not impressed with any of their employees today the one that we were actually working with seem very clueless on what to do with anything and had no idea what a $2 bill strap was

I'd leave zero stars if I could. Staff is unfriendly, inconsistent, unpersonable, and overall do not have your best interest in mind. Set an appointment 2 weeks out, when I show up they act like they didn't know I was coming! Gave no information as to what I needed to do or what THEY needed to do in order to run loan application process(didnt even ask me appropriate questions to see how much I could apply for!). Never had an experience like this at the other Cary branches, take your business there; I only went here because they did not have a mortgage specialist available at the time.

Atm consistently doesnt accept cash, or check deposits. 50/50 shot it wont let you withdraw cash. They "balance" their atm in the middle of the buisness day, so if for some reason it actually lets you make a deposit it won't post to your account. ????????

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is HORRIBLE. everyone I’ve spoken to is rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend at all. Specifically MIKE RAY. He’s horrible and doesn’t know how to talk to people nicely. Don’t go there if you’re looking for nice people.
