I am a patient in the hospital across the street from this Subway. I placed an order to be delivered to the hospital & it never arrived. When I contacted the store, the manager was harsh & refused to help. I told him I was at the hospital & he said well I'm at work! Worse experience ever & I still wasn't refunded the order that I never received. I have never written a bad review before but had no choice with this horrible experience. ?

I asked for some extra meat and the lady started yelling about prices or something and I couldn’t understand her so I just said it’s ok. I felt silly paying $12 for what I got.

They aren't honoring coupons. There restricting which subs you can use the coupons from subway on. Even though the coupon shows no restrictions. Also they don't carry spicy mustard anymore. No wonder subway is going down hill. I personally just don't bother with subway anymore. There are plenty if other sub shops.

Not in a different arena daily now, traffic is a bit much, but all is well.Parking: Kinda awkward parking area, very close but all was well.

This location doesn't accept coupons. Why send out coupons to an area of locations don't accept them?

Pretty annoying that subways won't even honor their own coupons anymore. Second subway that wouldn't let me use one that I just received in the mail. They must be really going downhill..

I believe the owner over there don't like any Christian people I used work there long time ago and I left the store because of the owner used telling my Bible is wrong I should be Muslim like him every single day us d saying that to me thats why I left the job also used sell the bad food to the customer he doesn't care this store should close up

Yesterday, 11/2, while at Wal-Mart I stopped by Subway to ask a staff member (tall young man) whether they accepted coupons at this location. I showed him the coupon as well and he confirmed yes.11/3, arrived at 11am and I believe the owner was there. Ordered two subs, proceeded to use the coupon and was told by the owner they don't accept coupons. I politely said a staff yesterday said yes. He begrudgingly said he'll "check" and after a 15 seconds of reviewing the coupon and scanning it, he said sorry I can't accept this. FYI, he also didn't have ranch dressing nor Italian Herb & Cheese bread...We usually go to either the Subway by Crossroads or Ten Ten Road, who btw never have an issue accepting coupons. Highly recommend as both locations also don't skimp on toppings.

Got my order today for wake med cary hospital and my dressing was not in the bag for my salad! it will be returm when i get off tonight and I got proof i have called 10 times!!!!!

The 2 lady's wearing hijab are the worst, bad customer service. Not polite every time I ordered I have something wrong with my order plus the bad attitude they're giving to the customer. Last time coming to this location

The lady wearing the hijab is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. She must not be working in the front. She has a very bad attitude and doesn’t care about what it means to be in customer service business. I was very disappointed with the way she made me feel. She mixed chicken and steak together. Next time if she is working in the front I am going somewhere else. Her manager(Rashid) on the other side is great. She either needs to be moved to the back to do dishes or sent home. The two stars are for the manager.

I'd probably go somewhere else stood there waiting for almost 10mins before someone finally emerged from the back then I ordered a tuna sub and received 2 scoops of meat instead of 3 per 6in then paid $8 for it definitely feel kind of taken advantage of but you live and learn
