Return staff hides in the back and takes at least 5 minutes to approach the desk. They have no training and take zero initiative. Returning a delivered item that took almost 7 days to arrive took 3 hours of our time and two trips to this location. The 1-day shipping which was restated as 2-day in less than 1 hour. Within 2-days it arrived in at a warehouse less than an hour away. They decided it needed to sit in the warehouse for the next 5 days. Meanwhile, we went to another merchant and had the same product in our hands in less than 4 hours. Unprofessional, low motivation, and far from quick delivery. Not worth your effort. Strongly consider another merchant.

Nasty rude management, feel so bad for the poor employees that are stuck working there. Will never shop at Target again after my experience there. Cheap company, poor treatment of employees.

I have a missing part from a cabinet set that wasn’t included. I’ve tried 2x now to get a hold of guest services and have been hung up on while on hold. I’m such a fan of target normally but this was off-putting

Great location near other store/places to eat.
They have large inventory, hardly ever out of stock, friendly & helpful staff. They have an Ulta, employee was also friend & helpful, you do have to pay at their designated checkout if you want to purchase at Ulta.

Went to this store to pick up an online order for a friend. I live 45 minutes away from the store. Was told by some young worker in guest services that if I had a screenshot of the order number I can pick the item up. When I got to the store, she said we very rude to me and told me that I had to have the actual app but I explained to her that she added me as a pick up person but it would not work, she didn’t want to hear that and dismissed me very harshly. I will not be shopping at this store anymore.

They almost never have the products listed on their app. They have less supplies than other stores. So their variety is limited. And any time you ask help from an employee, they are uninterested. The store is also quite dirty a lot of the time. Unfortunately, I’ve never had a positive experience here.

Probably the worst Target tbh. There’s never really anyone that works the electronic section so you just have to wait 20-30 min and hope you see an employee.
The last time I went I was told there wasn’t anyone working at all on the entire other part of the store after I had waited and searched several areas. There were like 2 employees total and they were both in the front. I basically was told there was no one to help me and I couldn’t buy anything.
The shelves are also quite under stocked here and have been for a while.
They seem pretty understaffed and if I had to guess I’d say it’s probably just bad management. I wouldn’t want to work here either.

Kevin has terrible customer service, he didn't even try to help me, he wasn't friendly either. He doesn't care about customers.

Way better prices than the Harris Teeter around the corner, I prefer to go to Crossroads Target! I went to Harris teeter first and quickly realized that store is robbing people. Headed to target and found the same exact items/ brands for 50% less. That’s insane.

Waited over 30 minutes for someone to come to the technology area for help and asked 2 people doing different jobs for assistance and still no one came. Worst target ever.

This store is really dirty, I’ve seen the same trash in the same spot for months, their game section is also pretty empty, and their online inventory is never correct.
