Very unhelpful at customer service. Sheryl was rude and dismissive of my issues with pick up order. Told me I had to cancel my order and go get it myself if I didn’t want to wait another hour for my ONE item that wasn’t ready.

I understand that Target uses another party to offer delivery. Why offer same-day delivery if they cannot fulfill that though?? Again, more upset with Shipt, but don’t advertise misleading information on the Target app.

Store layout is outdated compared to other targets, especially concerning availability (or lack thereof) self checkout options. Lines are long often times.

I shop at this target often as it’s the closest one to me. I’ve never had a spectacular experience here but my experience today was much less than desired.
I went to pick up an order via Drive Up. I waited about 20 minutes for my order to be brought out in ripped bags. That isn’t the part that bothered me as much as I understand it’s the holidays. After my order was brought out I noticed I was missing an item.
I went inside and asked the person who brought the items to me for the item I was missing. He asked me to describe it then gave me the wrong item. When I told him that was not it he then told me that it is not in stock. I told him if that were true then I would have been notified of that prior to being told my order was ready. Someone else came to help and asked questions and said that was all that was in the bag as if I should walk away without the item I paid for. Another person came to help and handed me the same incorrect item. Everyone else stood around either asking questions or simply looking clueless. Someone from the back finally brought out the item that was labeled with my name. After another nearly 10 minutes from entering the store to collect the missing item, I finally had my complete order. It was the most frustrating and inconvenient experience to think that had I accepted the answer that it was out of stock then I’d have left without an item I paid for while it sat there labeled with my name.

Customer service here is a -10, I have never felt so disrespected in my life at a store. I went to pick up an order, which, this was my first time picking up an online order, so I didn't know how it worked. I went to the service area and once there was an open register I said I was here to pick up an order. The attendee didn't acknowledge me, look at me, speak to me, nothing. She stood there looking at other people, the computer, the receipt machine, the scanner, everywhere but at me. I thought she was finishing up something that was important or opening some sort of system to then look up my order, but a couple minutes later she said "you need to give me the information." She once again didn't even look up at me, so I was confused and also didn't appreciate how she snapped at me, as if I was supposed to know what she needed, especially as I had been waiting patiently for her to say anything to me. The entire time I had my phone in front of her, with the confirmation information for the order, in her line of vision, yet she chose to ignore it and be short with me. Once I responded she just walked off without a response, so I was again unsure what was happening. Time went by and she eventually came back and handed me my bag from the side, not even back at the front of the register, and again proceeded to ignore me. I felt horrible about this experience when I had done nothing but walk up to the register, yet was treated like my existence was an insult to the cashier. This made me unsure of if I will go back to this target, even though it's the closest one to me. I understand we all have bad days, but this was too much and such a poor experience.
Besides this 4pm on a Sunday poor experience, this Target is very clean and they have a great selection of items. Their self checkout lanes are also great and usually empty, so if you're up to self checkout, you can be in and out in no time.
3 stars because the 0 stars for customer service bring the overall rating down.

Small, does not have items where they say they are, or items they claim to have online. Poor layout.

Stopped to get my son a video game for his bday only to see that you have no video games to sell. No wonder Amazon is winning, department stores can't even be bothered to restock their shelves anymore. This is turning into Walmart. Never anyone at the registers, shelves are never stocked, and mile long lines at the self checkout because of lack of open registers. I dred coming here.

You find great things in target, very organize and clean. The employee are very helpful to help you find anything you need. They always have a great deal for circle members, plus their $1-$5 place always have amazing nice goodies. I just love it.

What the heck has Target done to its customers service. I went into this Target yesterday for a return and to purchase other items. There is no longer a customer service desk, you now have to go to a register. The register that dealt with customer service had a line 20 people long. The lady at the customer service register called for help five times while I was in line, nobody came. After returning my items, I decided not to purchase anything, because then I would have to stand in this line again. I went to the Target at Crossroads in Cary, NC and the line was 30 people long. What is going on?

They added some self-checkout lanes, which is nice, but they've got 1 person directing traffic, which really doesn't work at all with their setup. Unless they're going to do a major redesign of that area to be more like Walmart, just let people pick whatever line they want to be in and go.Also, have that 1 person who was directing traffic clean the self-checkouts instead - they were filthy!

This target was designed as an experiment to see what the worst possible self checkout would look like
