I like this Target, however, what I don't understand why if I'm buying medication, why I can not purchase other pharmacy items at the pharmacy. Especially if it's 1 or 2 additional items. It's not a tv or some other outrageous purchase, it's other pharmacy items. Additionally, this isn't the same policy across other pharmacy's I've been to located in Target. I've been to plenty where the person is nice enough to ring me up, why this one is different, I will never know! The whole purpose of buying my stuff there is the convince, if your not going to be helpful or convenient why do it at all? Take the pharmacy out and allow me to go to an actual CVS. Why do I need to swipe my card 2 -3 times in one store? That does not make sense! After a long day of work I prefer to go pick up my medication and other pharmaceutical items at the pharmacy or let me take it to the front and pay for it all. All the walking and standing in line, multiple times, is draining!

My wife and I were looking for a camera monitor and found a 7" VTech baby video monitor that was under a 50% off tag. So when we went to go and buy it, it didn't show up discounted. A manager I'm assuming was called over to help and told us it was the 5" and it was not on sale after she had scanned it. Even though it said this online, there must've been an issue with the barcode because it was in fact not the 5" but the 7" as indicated on the physical box. She proceeded to say "I'm sorry I can't take that big a hit on an item"(As if she's the founder of Target and the one actually taking the hit on a total of $75). Here's where things get confusing and kind of stupid. She told us she would go back and try and find the right one. She came back and brought us the same one but without the nightlight feature on it that was THE SAME EXACT PRICE(And that night light feature is pretty sweet btw). Plus, this was all after she said she could literally just override the price... So, I guess she just cared that much about winning the argument? Anyway. All to say, her attitude was not stellar... Target is always great otherwise.

Great deals, & promotions. And now online there is ulta at target, only certain locations physically have the ulta in their store. One of the targets in garner has one! And they offer Apple Pay/contactless payments!

This was another addictive Target run for me. I love Target- period. During this visit I had tunnel vision. I went straight for the black founders section. Really nice pieces but there should be more! Customer service: I was not greeted by anyone while shopping and passed several people. I even stopped one to ask where to find something. There was no "Hello" when I said it and no "you're welcome" when I said "Thank you" The staff does not seem enthusiastic at all. I usually use self check out and I didn't this time. The checkout was blah! Again, no enthusiasm! I greeted the cashier and she did it back but nothing stood out about this experience. The customer service here is horrible.

Please someone help me understand, how do you plan to purchase a $5 item and leave with over $100 worth of stuff!?!? The Target bullseye got me again! Outside of that, this is a busy location so be prepared for that. People everywhere and with attitudes lol. The store overall is the normal Target set up and with good selection. The staff was friendly and helpful as always. This location has a Starbucks inside as well - you have been warned lol

Always has what I need in stock. I always go out of my way to get in Nico's line if he's working. Super fast and always bags my groceries well. :-)

Wish Target had never switched over to have CVS as their pharmacy. It was soooo much better when it was Target pharmacy. You wait consistently on the phone for upwards of 45 mins for someone to even answer. They are constantly complaining that they are short staffed and over worked w covid vaccines flu vaccines and all the things. It takes forever to get prescriptions filled and like I said lord forbid you need to call for something. Had a new script recently and had questions, was told pharmacy was busy doing vaccines and would call me back and never did ! I had valid questions and ended up having to call a different pharmacy to even get my questions answered because I NEVER was even called back. Picked up script at 11 and went the entire day with no call back. Miss the Target Pharmacy and the way it used to be ! Those pharmacies Thomas etc they cared about you as a person. CVS = big co = no time to care= everyone seems like they hate their jobs = not good. You can fill out all the surveys you want which goes to the pharmacy manager there which does no good. Because no one seems not even her seems to be happy w their jobs

Please take into consideration that if you're shopping here and you are a poc You will likely be racially profiled. There are much better options out there don't give your money or time to a company that doesn't respect you.

Time after time it truly doesn't seem like we can shop at this Target without there being an issue. They either ring up an order wrong, mess up an exchange or refund, or charge an inaccurate price for items every time we go to this location. And every issue is handled very poorly as well in the most time-consuming way. Go to literally any other location for a better experience. Today we gave this location one last chance because they had an item in stock we needed and other locations in the area did not. I did a pickup order through the app so it would be ready and quick to pick up, along with a few other items. I do drive up and pick up orders all the time with no issue at other Targets. Leave it to this Target to mess it up though. We arrive and strangely they canceled half our order including the particular item we especially needed. Only one item was available to pick up. This was without any email notification, call, or anything. So we had to go into the store where we had to get the items we ordered for pickup off the shelves and check out with them. I have no idea why after I paid for an order they would decide to cancel part of my order and put the items back on the shelf! I hope I get a refund for that cancellation so I didn't have to pay twice! So much for making a pickup order to save time. I can't believe how consistently the customer service at this Target is horrible. I will never go to this location again. It is the worst shopping experience every single time.

Waited I line and The girl just looked at me and didn't say hello or anything. . I did an online order and had it brought out to my car. When I got home I had a damaged item. I can't believe that they wouldn't check the item before bringing it out to somebody's car. I came back in to do an even exchange at customer service with Madison (teen brunette with no personality) . She has to be the stupidest person I think I've ever met on the planet. She had to see my online code 3 times because she didn't put it in right apparently.Then she said she couldn't do an even exchange. She said she would have to put it on a gift card and then re-purchase it that way. I have returned things many times at target where they did an even exchange with no issue. I also had to ask for her to put my item in a bag. not impressed with the customer service I received today at all!!

Carlson in Bideo Games was too preoccupied playing around to help me with getting my daughter a game. Walked around for 15 minutes to try to get someone else. Then they got Carlson anyway and he copped a bad attitude. If I wasn't with my daughter that would have been it. Requested store manager 5 times, who was working. But they would only get the front manager who really didn't care.. well our $3-500 monthly will now go on stores that want our business.

I have been here several times over the years and have recently started going more frequently since I discovered how convenient "Drive Up" is. Typically, I never have an issue with Pick up or Drive Up and today was no different. In fact, I felt compelled to write a review about the customer service displayed today because they went above and beyond to ensure I could get my Drive Up order even though I wasn't able to come due to being ill. Kudos to the Pick Up/Drive Up area!
