“The folks here have made my introduction to pipe smoking a real pleasure. On my first visit they welcomed me, had me smell the pipe tobacco they currently offer, informed me that very soon (after the October re-model) they'll be massively expanding their pipe tobacco selection, and told me that I could always come in to ask questions. I bought an ounce of each one they did have and walked out inspired.
My second visit was today, a couple of weeks later. I brought my pipe and the tobacco I'd bought from them, explaining that I was still having some problems with packing and lighting. Austin sat down with me and walked me through it step by step. I enjoyed a bowl while chatting with the employees in the lounge. Minimal re-lights. Delightful taste/aroma. Fantastic company. I will 100% be back soon. These people know how to treat a customer well!”
