“BEST CIGAR SHOP. PERIOD.I have been to several shops, cigar lounges, cigar stores in this area and I must tell you about this one. Izzy the manager and owner is one of the greatest guys around. He is very knowledgeable of his cigars. His prices and his price points are on point. His cigars are fresh and he has a lounge where you can sit and smoke your cigars in peace, camaraderie, and fellowship with other cigar smokers. He also has a private lounge that when you pay the fee for the year you sit in there and you can smoke in private. There are several televisions throughout the facility and the whole experience was refreshing and rejuvenating. I have been here four times in the past two weeks and each time the experience was awesome. Come to find out... That Izzy and I have known each other for about 10 years from another location in the Catskill mountains of New York State. You will not be disappointed. Even if you buy your smoke and you walk out you can sit outside the store and smoke or you can sit in the lounge You will have an awesome experience. I recommend this place very highly. The staff is knowledgeable and professional.”

“I've been coming to this vape shop for a little over 3 years. It's a very excellent well-maintained plenty of options to choose from. The staff are very helpful here. Very knowledgeable and will work with you in bargaining. Sometimes the return process is a little skewed if you ask me but otherwise it's a good store with plenty of tobacco products, smoking products, and accessories that your average smoker may or may not need. They also carry plenty of other products for different types of smokers and users that can sometimes be a little questionable. But otherwise it's a very good store, always clean. There is no public bathroom. There is parking nearby in the shopping complex. This place is honestly the best to get your cigarettes from because it's cheaper than going to the gas station. They do not carry chewing tobacco though, so if that's what you're looking for, your best bet is just go to the gas station.”

“I love this place! The guy who works on the weekdays is very nice and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and well stocked. They have a great selection of vapes as well as some really cool glass pieces. Prices are great. I couldn’t recommend this place more. I saw a review claiming they only have “5 vapes to choose from” which couldn’t be more false.”

“It is what it is, an OUTLET for wine, beer, and mixers. The staff are friendly enough. When purchasing wine the expensive stuff is always on the top shelves... So if you have a budget like me, look down- never look up!Only down side is it is very popular during the holidays and traffic at Crossroads shopping mall is insane. And good luck getting out of the mall, as it's engineered to keep you going around in circles.... But that's not this stores fault.... Just don't plan to be in a hurry.”
