They’de good. Almost great.
Good people. Not open weekends. You can have it shipped but then there are more fees for overnight deliveries.
My biggest complaint is they are a bit pricey,… they’re on the top of the pricing list and they’re only open 9-5 M-F.
Note to the owners:
If you drop your Semaglutide prices by 22%, you would quickly have full control of the entire market. Sure your profit for that one product T may drop a Tiny bit, but You’d see a big jump for all your other compounding products (and folks the list is significant and impressive I think. ).
We would see TC retail stores nationwide.
Just my thoughts!

Prices are outrageous.
Got three vitamin B12 injections overnighted for 107.00
Same rx from a local Charlotte pharmacy 10ML vial was 45.00

This place is mediocre at best. They consistently run out of ingredients, causing delays in delivery of vital medications, send partial orders and do not tell you when you will get the rest, or even bother to notate it is a partial order, but they do manage to charge you for the full amount. On top of all of that, they seem to have a very cavalier attitude about the importance of being upfront, consistent, and reliable. If your life depends on your medicine, go elsewhere!

I’ve been using this pharmacy since 2017 and truly always have the best service! They are timely and even if they don’t have my full prescription, they will compound enough to get me through to their next shipment and then offered to ship the rest of my medicine to me. The front desk staff is friendly, and their pharmacists are always willing to talk through things with you. I really believe in a compounding pharmacy because you get the purest form of the medicine that’s needed without all of the additives. They even allow you to choose either a cellulose or gelatin capsules. Easy in and easy out for parking.

They never fill my prescriptions without me calling to check in at least twice, and twice is being very generous. You can literally speak to someone and be assured you’ll be called when your rx is ready, call back in five days and they’ll have no recollection of the conversation. They claim they will call or text when the prescription is ready, but I have never once been contacted by them, I have initiated every communication we’ve ever had. Their automated system is unreliable so calling is your best option but calling is also unreliable. They do not file with insurance, which is infuriating because filing yourself is near impossible and I’ve never been reimbursed for anything I’ve purchased here even though it’s all technically covered by insurance. I would not recommend, if you can avoid.

Our doctor called in a very specialized antibiotic for our child one hour before the pharmacy closed right before Christmas. Wendy the pharmacist was very generous with her time and extremely compassionate to accept a specialized order so late in the day. She took her time to explain the details when handing it to me personally…extremely professional. The front office staff was extremely personable and professional as well. We live 30mins away and will be driving here because of the wonderful experience!Thank you so much!!

I was looking for a compounding pharmacy in Cary, North Carolina to help me with hot flashes and other menopause symptoms. Triangle Compounding Pharmacy has been very helpful with hormone replacement therapy and has made me feel more like my old self again. Also, they will ship my medication so when I return from winter vacations down South I can still get my meds easily.

Scary experience. Like many other reviews customer service is non existent. Lost my prescription tried to blame me and my doctor after the had my information as well as my credit card. Called back no idea who I was. I am sure they give people the incorrect medication. I would not trust my health to this company.

I was desperate to get my medication. My doctor sent in an Rx for bio-idential HRT and I called the next day to fill it. However, I still had questions and reservations as this was my first time using hormones. So, I spoke with pharmacist Wendy H at TCP. She was the most helpful, informative, comforting, and responsive pharmacist I've ever met. I felt so cared for and educated by her. All of my questions were answered and she continues to respond to me promptly with comprehensive, thorough instructions and advice. I can't say enough how appreciative and calm I feel knowing that I can go to her with any concerns and/or questions. The staff was also wonderful when I went to pick up my Rx - extremely professional and the office was immaculate. I'm telling all of my women friends to use this pharmacy if needed.

Customer service does not exist. No call back even when they ship to the wrong address. The ability to leave a message is very limited. No attempt to fix problems.

It's important to understand that this is a highly specialized, accredited, compounding pharmacy. The set-up is different from getting a compounded prescription from a retail pharmacy. Many retail pharmacies offer compounding services, but compounded meds aren't federally regulated - you really don't know what you are getting unless the pharmacy is accredited! That said - there are definitely retail pharmacies that are accredited and supply a good, sound product, and that is fine! Those types of pharmacies are usually following a set "recipe" for the compound that any trained pharm tech can follow. They can't get too creative and deviate from the "recipe," simply because they don't have the extra education and skills. If you need a pharmacist to really work with you on different flavors and formulations when previous iterations have not worked, then Triangle Compounding Pharmacy is THE place to go. My cat is on compounded fluoxetine, which is quite bitter. The retail pharmacy we were using was accredited, which was great, but their answer to the bitterness problem was to add tons of marshmallow flavoring. That solution did work, and I could get my cat to take it via oral syringe, but he could still smell it and he wouldn't take the med in food. When I had the prescription transferred to Triangle, they listened to my concerns and they tried several different flavors. They really care about their patients, including the kitties! And now thanks to Triangle, I now have a formulation that my cat will happily eat in food. My stress level is cut in half, and so is my cat's.
