Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We purchased hardwood flooring for an addition on out home and they honored the old price that we budgeted for after getting a quote several months ago.

My fridge was delivered to my new home. We still haven't moved in. The fridge looked new. It was packaged and everything. I finally got a chance to clean it out, we are moving in next week. It is a used fridge. It had crumbs and hair under the drawers. I reached out to them and they told me that they are sorry that I am disappointed in the purchase. I was scammed!

Just came in quickly today with my mom to get paint. Michael helped me immediately and was really kind. He tried to match the paint I needed for my bathroom to his best ability even though he didn't have the brand there. It worked!!! Now my little annoyance of seeing chipped paint is gone , Yay! He even recommended the little small roller kit, which worked wonders. Thanks Michael!

F- on refrigerator delivery. Took 8 + weeks to get my second choice (the first order was for the wrong item, then the correct item was indefinitely out of stock.) LINNSTAR (to whom this Home Depot has subcontracted their deliveries) finally showed up with the right fridge, then proceeded to give me grief about having to take fridge up a flight of steps and take the doors off to get it in the house. That done, they refused to remove the internal packing materials, tried to tell me that the removal I paid for meant leaving the old fridge in the back yard and left. I'm still waiting for the promised $50 refund from Home Depot. Worst service I've ever gotten from anybody! Goodbye Home Depot - you'll never see me again!

Spent $30 on a 2 year warranty on an echo es250. The machine quit working on me after two-three months so I take it back to Home Depot where they tell me they won't exchange it and I have to call there technical support/ warranty hotline where I waste 25 minutes of my time just for them to tell me I have to call echo and go under the manufacturer warranty. Their warranties they're selling are BS and won't cover anything until after the manufacturer warranty runs out.

What's a Home Depot employee's favourite game? The customer is lava. They just changed their slogan to: You can do it. We can hide. I feel very tempted to put on one of those orange apron things and tell people: Welcome, now go find it yourself. They have some decent patio furniture, although the parasol didn't block any sun at all.

They are NOT ENFORCING THE MASK POLICY WITH CUSTOMERS. Apparently this is from corporate. Corporate is HELPING SPREAD COVID. I blame them and others like them for the COVID deaths in my immediate circle. Maybe it's time for those of us who are responsible and actually CARE about the health of others to start some law suits...

When I went to the Customer Service Desk, I encountered what I can only describe as the most unhelpful, rude and disrespectful person behind that desk. I headed that way because I needed to make a split credit card payment since I was awarded a Visa Virtual card loaded with $150 and I needed to use it and pay for the $9.80 difference. The staff were nice and knowledgeable and my parents bought a fridge that was on backorder. We understand covid has wreaked havoc on supply chains so they have been waiting patiently and making do for weeks in good faith but they were told the fridge has arrived and the delivery people have SCHEDULED A DELIVERY AND GHOSTED MY PARENTS 4 TIMES. They've kept my mom waiting all day and often don't even call to let her know they're not coming. THIS IS ABSURD AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. They have now rescheduled the delivery FOR A 5TH TIME. LIKE WHAT THE ACTUAL F. Each time they give her an excuse like the truck had a flat tire or the delivery man had a family emergency and on the 5th round THEY SAID THE FRIDGE WASN'T EVEN HERE BEFORE. They have been straight up lying. This is a pretty expensive appliance and it's insane to me that they think it's acceptable to give people the run around like this. We will never be buying anything from Home Depot ever again. UPDATE: The delivery people also broke the fridge. We will be cancelling the order

Worse Home Depot ever! Lou in returns is the worse customer service person ever his attitude towards a customer is pathetic! I was over in the area and need to return two Klein tools that broke. Kline has a lifetime guarantee and if you call Klein they will tell you that you can return for new anywhere. I didn't want my money back just a replacement!! He completely refused to help and dismissed and would even look the purchase up off my card. Enough said!

I order some cabinet hardware from the Cary Home Depot and had it shipped to my home. Service was quick and I was satisfied with the products after they were installed. I returned to the web site to order more and found the same $99 item available at the Garner Home Depot for $10 less. Still the same $99 price in Cary. Both prices are before tax. That would have been an extra $40 on the items I intended to order. BTW, found the same items at Lowe's for $89. And that's the same price at every store. Ordered them and will now take all my business to Lowe's.

I really enjoyed that this location has a nice selection of indoor and outdoor plants! Especially in the colder months right now (January). I was pleasantly surprised to see a variety of cacti and succulents. I've found / a lot of the times in different stores the selection gets soo boring and picked over - maybe I just came at the right time or maybe this location just does a good job keeping up their inventory.
