The older white lady with glasses and the older man with glasses both have bad attitudes and are always rude and unprofessional. The old guy is the worst. He’s very argumentative and unpleasant. They are definitely not cut out for a customer service oriented role. Each time you visit, the employees at this location give you conflicting information and make it so difficult to ship something. The recently hired employees however are much friendlier and helpful. Do better UPS!

Anyone know how to get a hold of UPS? I set up a delivery hold from May 30-June 4 (which I have the email confirmation for) but they somehow interpreted that to mean I don't want the package until June 18th which I never put in - tried calling the official UPS 1800 number but the wait time was over an hour

Ugh, Had them Copy and scan some documents for me. They scanned them all to be in one document which was fine, but they are every which way some cut off the name. Honestly, such incompetence and sloppy.. Why would you not turn them all the same way before you scan them?? Ugh!!! now I have to go pay someone else to do it. Check before you leave there. Do better UPS!!!

This morning, I had the worst Encounter at this UPS store for the first time and I have been going here for years the front desk rep Ala Was very rude showed discrimination, and also was not at all. I came to the store to return an Amazon package. first, when I entered, she skipped past me. I was to the side with the box kind of held up because it was a heavy box. She skipped past me from first saying good morning to the next people who came in with a bright smile welcome them. Good morning they skipped me in line I walked up after she assist those people. I came up in line next she then stops me and says you need to purchase some tape. I asked her do you guys have any tape she says we only provide complementary tape which me thinking I’m a customer that would be complementary, but she told me I would need to purchase my own tape. I then ask her. Where is the tape? She points to the wall and say we do sell tape this is a UPS store which I never even asked for the rude response I asked her for her name and I left out the store because for one if I’m a customer you would try to help me and always possible for one without spending money and for two is a piece of tape.you want me to purchase a piece of tape for $5 for one strip I already had the box so I did not need the box and I’m not aware of Amazon returns so I would not know that the box need to be re-taped as Amazon state no box needed so how would I know it need to be tape bad experience racial slurs bad customer service first time ever working with her. Everyone else in UPS seem to be very nice. I walked out of the store without getting assistance.

The attendant, David, is always so professional and helpful. I always have multiple packages. He is very patient as well. All staff are awesome!!!
