I can't say enough good things about The UPS Store team here. Josh, Erica, and Marisol consistently go above and beyond—every experience I’ve had at this location has exceeded my expectations. I’m always greeted as soon as I walk in and genuinely thanked when my transaction is complete. The entire team is knowledgeable, professional, and refreshingly friendly. Their customer service is truly the best around, and I will gladly go out of my way to use this location. Highly recommend!

Josh at the Cornerstone Dr. UPS Store is perhaps the best person that this location has had in recent years. Courteous and helpful and quick. Offers helpful advice on shipping methods and is efficient.
