“Great experience with who I believe was the store manager. He was closing up & I had an issue that was beyond my control regarding payment. It took a few minutes to get it settled & he was extremely patient and the cashier was too. I wish I would have gotten their names but this was Friday Feb 13th at closing time. It was a refreshing change. It's nice to come across kindness. Definitely recommend this store.”

“I work in marketing and was putting together Easter baskets for our clients when Five Below had exactly what I needed. The staff went above and beyond—grabbing more items from the back and even calling their other location to check for additional stock without me even asking. Truly made my day!”

“Interesting store with a wide variety of items. Prices are on the low side.can get items for home, crafting, snacks, toys, and more. Paying is different as it a self kiosk type. The store also carrys out of style or current rotation of new items. Basically do not expect the lastest items or trends here.”

“I give Brittany and the Five Below Team 11 out of ten stars if I could. They were very helpful in helping me pick out the right items for my cat. If you know me, you know I love my cat. I brought different items to them to see what they thought was the better choice and they helped me every time. They greeted me when I walked in and when I left out which I loved because that doesn’t happen everywhere. They rock and I will definitely come back and shop there!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“This is the great store. I stopped there all the time looking to buy things for my children. They enjoy shopping here as well and think it's a really fun place to go.”

“Brier Creek's Five Below has a diamond in the rough, Manager Tasha! I brought balloons into the store for inflation. Not only did she help me with care and competence, but she also explained clearly what the charges were and IT WAS HER DAY OFF! She remained in the store until my order was complete and made me feel completely cared for. Kudos don't cut it, give Tasha a raise! She represents the company well. Thank you, Ms. Tasha!”
