If you are looking at this, you might be contemplating switching to Verizon. I was treated like crap by Spectrum Mobile, provided awful customer service, and had garbage service. Switching to Verizon has been great. Awesome service, good value for what you get, and solid customer service. I would highly recommend Verizon.
