I don’t know what happened to Verizon but these 3rd party Verizon stores are killing it’s image. I waited almost 4 hours at this location and definitely not recommending any one!!!waste of time.

Grayson provided me with incorrect information when I purchased my phone on Dec 18. I went to the store again to resolve the issue and he had no solutions and just casually apologized for his mistake.He refused to give me the store managers phone number or district manager’s number.I left with zero resolution and he offered me no help at all, other than restating at it was his mistake.
