We have been going to Quartet Rehab for our 16 year old dog for over a year, and have seen amazing improvement. We recently needed her to be seen by their ER and the experience was top notch. Their staff was beyond caring and professional. The vet was attentive. They were able to see us right away. I think they go above and beyond for the animals they see. The techs are very seasoned as well.

I took my dog Bailey to their emergency care for minor injuries resulting from a dogfight. They were fast and efficient--no wait at all and both the doctor and the other staff people were very competent and explained things well. I appreciated vet's advice to use an old t-shirt instead of a cone to shield the wound on her body from scratching. Initial exam fee was $160. I suppose that is typical though not sure.

Rude staff beyond belief that doesn't want to help in anyway with your problem. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. It's a scam.

This is the absolute worst place ever to take your dying pet. They only care about paperwork & money. They didn’t put the catheter in correctly & had to take it out & put it in a different place. In the middle of saying goodbye to our beloved pet. Unprofessional. No compassion. We took her at midnight after calling & speaking with them on the phone. One of them was even trying to be argumentative even though I was struggling telling my baby goodbye. Don’t bring your pet here. Ever!!!!! Please !!!! Worst experience ever!!!!!!

Staff was wonderful. They gave my dog excellent care and kept me informed. I believe that they saved her life. It is obvious that they care.

I have used Quartet for years without issue for both of my labs. Dr. Gallagher has always been pleasant. A few months ago I took my lab in for back leg issues. He had us in and out in less than 20 minutes even with X-rays and basically said "She's going to need surgery on both knees eventually but for now let her be a dog." Ok... I guess?? Could've used more detail but we will get to that when the time comes. Well, fast forwarded and she can barely sit without her legs shaking so I called wanting my clinical summary as well as X-Rays to get a second opinion. After all, surgery on BOTH knees is a huge procedure. Anyone would want to be confident knowing they are making the right decisions for their baby. This is when all went downhill...I was transferred to Dena who calls herself the manager. She wanted to know what it was I needed. I explained I wanted my dog's information so I could get a second opinion, especially since Dr. Gallagher was not very thorough in his last visit with me. Her response "That is very insulting to our doctors. People travel from other states just to see our doctors they are the best." At this point I was in shock... Not quite knowing how to respond. I explained it was going to cost over $10,000 and I wanted to be sure this was 1. What she needed and 2. The cost comparison could be less somewhere else per my regular veterinary office. Dena would not let me finish any of my sentences through our entire conversation and was just talking down to me the entire time. She asked if I was interested in making a recheck appointment so I agreed. She offered 1 time slot 11/22- I told her we were out of town. At that point she huffed and puffed, then offered an afternoon another time. I told her mornings are better (after all, she never asked what works for me- the client). Her response- "Never mind, I can tell you don't want this appointment and we need to reserve appointments for those that need them."Never in my life have I been treated this way by a professional doctor's office. Let alone one that thinks I'm going to spend $10,000 on my dogs knee surgery. Please do your research before taking your animal there. My dogs are my babies and I will do anything for them but if they treat me like this on the phone who knows what goes on behind closed doors!!

Quartet Surgery has given our sweet Queenie her ability to walk not once but twice. She tore her CCL in both knees one year apart. Her first surgery was a total success and she was walking on her leg very quickly. As is common, she tore the other knee one year later. We are only in week two after surgery, but she is already using the leg for short walks. Dr. Keller and every staff member there have been so caring and supportive. Her surgery has spared her crippling pain from arthritis in her later years. We are so appreciative for their kind approach and exemplary skill and dedication to all details. Thanks to everyone!

I took my 3 pound Yorky there with trouble breathing they admitted him and immediately put him in oxygen. I didn't find out until the next morning that he had pneumonia. They waited till the next morning to put him in antibiotics! I went in the next day to take food and meds since they didn't have them and asked to see him and I wasn't allowed to see him. They said I would upset him The next morning I demanded to see him and he really wasn't doing well. He probably should've been put down. My normal vet suggested giving him another day since he could be responding to the anabiotic's at 48 hours. Unfortunately my phone was on do not disturb and they called me to come in to try to put him down and I never got the phone call. However, I would've got a text, finally a call went through after he passed away and they told me that they had tried calling me. They actually told me I should give him a shot even though he had already passed away to accelerate the dying process. This made no sense but I was in shock and said go ahead! I demanded to see him and I'm glad I did. And my fragile state they made me feel bad like he suffered a lot because I could not answer the phone. There is no need to do that. I know don't think I will not take another pet here Their communication is lacking. You will be lucky if you get a call twice in a day.

Quick response, and conservative with treatment. Nice proactive capable staff. The absolute opposite of Banfield.

They only care for peoples pets if you can afford their outrageous prices. Sorry, poor people with pets, but you’re going have to go somewhere else to get your pet cared for, or as the appointment scheduler suggested to me, give your cat to a rescue — $3,000 for a hernia repair?! The facility knows full well they can charge insane rates because people care deeply about their pets — Sick and manipulative.

Our fur baby was in pretty bad shape with an intestinal issue so our vet recommended Quartet. They kept him for 5 days and treated him very well. I was impressed with the hospital itself and the caring and professional attitudes of the staff. Our baby came home in much better shape and we were pleased with the treatment. It is expensive to have professional care for fur babies, but Quartet made it a little less painful with their attentive and thorough care.

To be honest, I was really wary at first when my ex booked Jade's TPLO (CCL tear repair) surgery with them, but sometimes you have to admit you were wrong. When I arrived, the staff was friendly, they took really good care of her, and didn't shoot for the high end of the range we were quoted. They took their time explaining aftercare and when I left, I was glad they were the one's we went with. Thanks for winning over a skeptic.

These are the most caring and kind veterinarians we've ever experienced. They have gone above and beyond for our pets, as well as us as owners. We've also found the prices incredibly reasonable for the emergency, late night type of services they provide. We are so grateful we found this place. Thank you for all you do.

My dog had an emergency surgery at her regular vet, she was stable and recovering well, but recommended we send her to the emergency vet over the weekend so that she can monitored over the weekend while they were closed. Vet was concerned that someone should be watching her over the weekend and this emergency hospital was the one she recommended. The vet called and let them know we were on the way. This place is a joke, don’t bring your pet here if you care about them. We told the incompetent front desk person (Makyla) we were here (the vet called and let them know we were coming and they said they would be waiting for us with a stretcher). We sat outside the door for a good 15 minutes before anyone came out. Incompetent front desk person (Makayla) claimed they told the staff in the back. Her only response after that was “there are more critical pet than yours that are being worked on right now”.When we yelled that our dog was actively dying, only then did someone some out with a stretcher. If you are ready to hear from the vet “your dog was going to die no matter what happened”, this is the place for you! Please do not bring your pets here if you are expecting good care or compassion for you pets. The vet here will treat you like you and your pet are not important and the front desk idiot will say what she thinks sounds good. When we were leaving with the paw print of our now dead dog. O thanks to these clowns, no sympathy was offered especially from Makyla the idiot. All her response was as to why she took so long telling people we were here was “sorry you feel that way”. I hope Makyla and this vet find themselves in similar situations and see how much they appreciate being treat with no compassion. Freaking idiots!!!
