UPDATECustomer service and the care that I received today is lacking! I was really looking forward to coming here and I do feel the ball was extremely dropped with me today. I ended up just cancelling my appointment because I shouldn’t have to argue with the person I spoke with to explain the dissatisfaction I have received today, it was very exhausting. It made me concerned about the level of care I would be receiving. I was also hung up on when I asked to have the owner call me to discuss my experience today! Very unprofessional! And I’m very disappointed in my experience!The below is a lie! I was running 10 minutes late and I called to let you know. What I was told was she needs to ask the doctor to see if she is willing to stay because she is going home at 5. My appt was at 4:20. She then asked do I know which medicine I want and named a few. To me, this was a red flag. I’m coming to review the medication’s with the doctor to see what’s best. Why would the secretary ask me this and I haven’t even been seen. I stated my disappointment with that because I assumed based on what was online that I would be assessed, we would talk it through, and based on what the doctor at that time felt was best, I would be prescribed a medication. Not asked by the secretary because the doctor is ready to go home! I asked about the 10 minute grace period posted online since I was 10 minutes late and the secretary said well the doctor leaves at 5. There was no offer to reschedule and no offer for a tele visit! I would’ve greatly taken a tele visit. After my experience earlier that day with the clinic and secretary (harassing me for my card # & threatening to cancel my appt, when I already gave it) including with my conversation when I called to notify as a courtesy that I was running 10 minutes behind, I was very taken back so I asked if the doctor leaves at 5, would the doctor even be there during my visit with me since it’s at 4:20, which is the time y’all set. And because I was having hesitation and feeling like the level of patient care I was being introduced to even before my appt started was low, I went ahead and said let’s just cancel my appt. I then asked if I can speak with the owner to talk about my experience and the secretary hung up on me. She never called me back. She emailed me with another patient name (which is a hippa violation) at the top saying my refund has been refunded. I have never heard from the owner or manager. The ball was dropped with me! And yes, I did rate MY EXPERIENCE! It’s mine to rate! And looking at my other reviews, since you have, you can see that I value customer service and the patient experience, all which were extremely dropped and poor as a patient coming to your clinic with an appointment! I found you because of the good reviews and that’s further why I was SO disappointed in the level of care I was receiving prior to my appointment with your clinic. I was looking forward to my visit but that was truly turned into disappointment and dissatisfaction by your secretary and the many phone calls and dealings with her! Hence why I asked to be able to share my experience. But with the rude and untrue response and no solution from your office to rectify my experience and disappointment, I made the right decision in cancelling my appointment!And let me further add, there’s a lot more I can say, however, I saw that this business was a minority owned business so I chose not to add all of my experience to this review as I want to see more of us do good in the business world. I reviewed it because it was my experience and I felt it should’ve gone better and I gave a chance for a solution to happen which didn’t take place. So I gave you grace! Google reviews are for a reason and they matter! So if you’re upset about my review, you should’ve done the due diligence to me as a customer and tried to rectify my experience! You can’t lash out at a customer and lie about their experience just because you’re mad at the review. Take it and learn from it and see how you can do better with the next customer!

Amazing service and fantastic people!!! I have lost 11 pounds in the first month without exercise. And they charge less than everyone else! I highly recommend Vitalize Wellness.

It is a reliable place and the staff is professional and friendly, they are always on the phone to answer my questions. I 100% recommended in my first week I have lost 4 pounds and that makes me feel very happy and confident.

Awilla at Vitalize Wellness was incredible. She was more than accommodating especially when my significant other and I wanted to fill out paper intake forms rather than use the online version. The facility was very clean and the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place for your wellness needs.

Currently on my 3rd month with Semaglutide & iam seeing amazing results so far I'm 30+lbs down. The shot has definitely decreased my appetite & to help with that i've also been working out as well. Everyone at the office is great & super nice too!!!

I had been searching for a clinic that offered these type of services and when I came across Vitalize Wellness I knew they were the right one. I had the best experience coming to my first appointment. I felt very informed by their in house practitioner. She answered all my questions and concerns I had about the weight loss program and the semaglutide injections. The staff here is amazing and I feel very supported by every single one of them.
