I went in with a $50 bill, trying to add money to my chime card, and the Machine they have to check the bills kept reading error! And they would not accept the $50 bill because of that. They felt the bill, saw the bill and concluded that it was real, but still decided to inconvenience me. So I had to go out of my way to go break the $50 bill at another store, just to be able to come back and put money on my card. That right there was a big inconvenience. I was strapped for time and they did not care!

I’ve had extremely frustrating experiences with them almost every encounter. They are very disorganized, never able to get anyone on the line. I was on hold for 60+ minutes for everytime I called them. Staff are decent but their systems or lack their of is extremely time consuming and upsetting at best. Avoid at all costs, matter of fact avoid Walgreens altogether.

Pharmacy keeps getting temporarily closed. Not the fault of the current pharmacy workers as they seem to be doing their best but they seem very short staffed. Will likely go elsewhere.

By far the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. The staff are clearly overworked, and they even gave my wife the wrong medication. She only caught the mistake because the pills were a different color from what she had received before—extremely dangerous!
I strongly recommend finding a local, independent pharmacy or setting up delivery through a trusted provider. This Walgreens is a prime example of what’s broken in the U.S. healthcare system.

Insanely understaffed especially on weekends. Don’t bother trying to get anyone on the phone. Their phones don’t work properly. I was on hold for over an hour with “one caller ahead of you”.

Whoever was working the register around 12:15 this afternoon is extremely rude! She didn't even say hello and acted bothered to be checking people out. Extremely bad attitude and she shouldn't be interacting with customers. Will never come back to this location because of the awful interaction I had with the cashier. She acted annoyed because I was using coupons on my items and she rolled her eyes when the register froze up.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Took my wife to get a vaccination there and even after booking an appointment and checking in online and filling out their form, they had us wait 75 minutes. The pharmacist was the most incompetent pharmacist I’ve ever seen. She could not figure out how to do a simple task as voiding a subtotal from her end. She was abusing her power on her clients even though she had no idea what she was doing or saying. My wife literally got the worst injection and she put that thing in her arm aggressively on purpose. SHE SHOULD NOT BE A PHARMACIST. DO NOT GO THERE, I know i wont go back. Waste of time and money.

The pharmacy staff are always on top of their jobs, kind and observant. ive never had a problem picking up my prescriptions. Other than wait times, which is very obviously a staffing issue. Multiple times ive seen one unfortunate pharmacist having to handle an entire line of cars, phone calls and a line inside as well by themselves. Otherwise even under that pressure they are always kind and efficient.

Hands down the worse Walgrens around. The pharmacy is always understaffed and rude. It takes 2 days for them to fill your prescription. You wait in an endless line to be told come back in 30 mins, which you do and it's still not done and the tell you to come back

Made an appointment on Walgreens.com for a vaccination. I got there a few mins early and checked in online. 5 minutes after the time my appointment was scheduled for, they asked me what I was doing there and I told them. 9 minutes after that they told me that my vaccination was out of stock. If the vaccine was out of stock, then why did the system let me schedule the appointment to get that vaccine the night before? And why did I have to wait around for so long for someone to tell me that? What a waste of time.
