Review for drive thru pharmacy. I rarely go inside to pickup prescriptions because they are generally very busy and the wait is considerable. Drive thru line can be slow as well, but the staff is always pleasant. If there are more than a couple cars in the line I’ll come back at a later time.

Pharmacist and the tech there are friendly and efficient. The wait time at this location for a vaccine was reasonable (about 15 minutes) for walk-ins.

The cashier was an older lady that treated me like a criminal. There are no signs saying that it was a limit on the sale item I had. The manager explained that their stock was low and that I could keep what I had in my cart. He did apologize for his cashier being rude. But when I went to Check k out she yelled at me that I had too many detergents, but she would let it slide this time. I told her that the manager said I could get it and she said I was a liar. She said she has worked with the manager for a long time and she knew he didn't say that. The manager himself came and told her that he did in fact say it was ok. But she did not apologize for calling me a liar or her rudeness. The manager did apologize to me, but she should have done so as well. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TONTHE WALGREENS ON HARRISON AND MAYNARD AGAIN!

If i could give negative stars i would.
Worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacist (sue) is so rude and talks over you, belittles you and hangs up on you. So does the pharmacy tech. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with them.
Don’t go here unless you dont want your medicine filled 😤🙄

The pharmaceutical doctor is not very pleasant, acting very rude, we came in today looking to pick up a medicine shipped over there through fedex... very bad customer service, unfortunately.

The worst walgreens out there. We've been struggling with the pharmacy for awhile but now even the photo prints are terrible customer service! TERRIBLE. There's so many other places to go, go literally ANYWHERE else.

Get your prescriptions filled elsewhere if you value your time and sanity. Even with express pickup and during non-peak hours, this place is painfully slow.

I wish I could put a negative stars to this Pharmacy and management! Please if you value your LIFE do not go here at all. I was lied to repeatedly at this location about my medication that I really needed as I am high risk pregnant and really needed my prescribed medication. I called up there 3 times and the last time they said they received the medication. I went there and waited at the window with 2 people looking at me for 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. When they finally came to the window they mentioned an entirely different medication that I knew nothing about and then said they didn't see the medication that I was told was already there. I then showed them the medication prescription from my doctors office and they said that they still didn't see it in their system after having a prescription fill right in front of them that I provided. Next thing I know, they told me to reach out to the doctors office. I asked them to call but they lied again and said that they can't call the doctors office I had to. I get the nurse on the phone and then they said they couldn't speak with the nurse through my phone have the nurse call them. When the nurse said they would need to call then that's when they said someone was calling the doctors office now. At this point I had been in the drive thru and they told me I had to leave the drive thru and circle back around. This is when they got the manager who claimed that he was there the whole entire time but never stepped in when I asked for a manager and instead of trying to fix the problem he told me to move out the drive thru without even trying to see what the problem has been. At that time I immediately called my doctors office to switch my prescription pickup location because I did not trust anyone filling my prescription and not even less than a minute they sent me a notification that my prescription was ready. (Even though they claimed to never have a prescription). Again, I would NEVER trust someone who has lied, escalated situations, and caused so much complications to fill my prescription after all the red flags. I decided to go to the Walgreens on Kildaire Farm Road who is wayyyy better and who will not continuously lie to you.
