Just really sad and disappointed that we got a call that the prescription was ready at 5:50. I left right after we got the message and I arrived at 6:02 to pick up a needed prescription to alleviate extreme pain and was denied help, despite making contact with two pharmacists through the glass window. I pleaded with them and I was ignored. I understand respecting pharmacy hours but in my defense, I left home right after I got notice the prescription was ready. Very sad and defeated and just disappointed.

The lady who "helped" me over the phone today was super unhelpful. I called asking if my film I sent out to develop was ready for pick up. She said "they are all in". I couldnt remember which walgreens I had been to, so I asked her if it was possible to check and see if mine was ready. She let out a big sigh over the phone, asked for my name, and a few minutes on the phone later she confirmed that they were ready. I drive to the store (20 mins), and when she goes to look for my photos they of course were not there. She didn't apologize for lying on the phone, nor did she try to help me after realizing that she got caught in her lie. Definitely will not be back to develop pictures again.

Pharmacist is incompetant. I went 2xs to pick up my prescription. Then I called to check on it and she told me it was ready.
When I went to pick it up the third time she said I need prior authorization and needed to wait 2 days. Why tell me it's ready if it's not??? Then she tried to gaslight me into believing her incompetence is OK. NEVER GOING BACK TO WALGREENS

I received the absolute worst service as a customer that I have ever received! If I could give zero stars I would. The cashier “Robin” was very rude, meanwhile being very cordial with other patrons in the store. The manager never showed to co-sign a transaction after 10 minutes. I will never patronize this store again, nor will I recommend for anyone else to either.

long wait times for prescriptions but they call you a hundred times to tell you it’s ready… if it’s ready why does it take an hour for me to receive my script?

Atrocious long wait for my scripts after having surgery today. Finally got my pain meds and antibiotics 4 hours after the first try. Still waiting on one other. And they attempted to fill some other prescription of mine that I did not request a refill for. Info in person/over the phone/and via text does not match. They said they had a problem with my insurance too. We will be changing pharmacies.

Do not trust this Walgreens for any vaccine out of the ordinary. I had scheduled a japanese encephalitis vaccine here and was incredibly thankful that I was able to find one near me. I go to my confirmed appointment and it turns out they don't have it and the appointment was... just not supposed to happen. I guess they hoped I would cancel it before revealing to me they had false information about provided vaccines?

The pharmacist handling phone calls should consider attending a class on phone etiquette and customer service. Making sarcastic remarks like "oh my God" and audibly exhaling while a customer is speaking is unprofessional. If workload is overwhelming, perhaps seeking a profession with a better work-life balance would be beneficial.

Pharmacy hours are ridiculous. Closing at 6pm? Good luck if you need a prescription. In addition, it took 4 days to get an urgent prescription for anti-seizure meds. Go somewhere else. Unless your illness fits their limited inventory and hours, you’re out of luck. Never dealt with such an awful pharmacy before. They wouldn’t wait 5 minutes past 6 pm so I could get my meds.

Terrible service. Pharmacist Kandi could care less about helping the clients.
