Somehow the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I explained that I wanted a photo printed. She told me she had to do it. I said okay. Then she walked away and proceeded to talk to a realtor about apply for a mortgage for about 5 min. She then told me that she couldn’t do what I asked for after I had waited 20 minutes. Not quite sure what happened with this woman but wow shockingly terrible.

Girl behind counter told me over the phone I could come get my medication. I said “please tell me if it’s too early to pick up because I don’t want to drive all the way there” she said multiple times it wasn’t too early to pick up. I drove all the way there where she said it is too early to pick up and that she tried to call me but I didn’t answer. No missed calls on my phone and no voicemails but I was driving anyway. This happens all the time. They tell me I can pick up my meds then I get there and I can’t pick them up for days. Do better

DANGER STAY AWAY !!!!!!! I have been waiting 2 days for a manager to call me back about how there staff and pharmacy treat there customers. Well I see where the employees get it. It starts with management.
Update I have waited 6 days for upper management to call me. I went to the store this morning because still no call from management and the continued lying from the employees is ridiculous. At this point I am done with Walgreens because they don’t care about their customers. Walgreens please leave the area. Your business practices do not fit into our community. We deserve better. Please make way for a pharmacy that cares. Just look at your Google reviews. And if you are wondering where to start look at management.

Walgreens point of sale system never works with OTC cards. Doesn't matter which store I try it always fails multiple times if it even works at all. Today I had to use a debit card because it just would not accept it. Earlier in the day I used the same OTC card at Walmart without issue so it is definitely not my card.

Couldn't find anyone at any of the cash registers. Once someone finally came I tried to return an item I purchased last week and they required an ID to accept the return. I had the receipt but they wouldn't accept without id. I didn't need an id to buy the item.

I've used this location 3 times for dropping off packages for shipping. The first time they were short staffed and very busy, so I was told just to drop the package on the back counter in the photo section and was offered no receipt. Hmmm.... fortunately it worked out for me. The second time, I was told my package was too large to be dropped at their location, which clearly was untrue. After a bit of back and forth, they finally agreed to accept it but acted as though they were doing me a favor by saying, "Well, we're really not suppose to accept packages this size." When I returned home, I double checked the size requirements and my package was clearly under the limits. The third time, I dropped off at this location, I was the only person at the counter, but the sales associate was busy doing something and made me wait. They knew I was dropping off a package and that I was in a hurry, but made no attempt to stop what they were doing to help me. I waited about 3-4 minutes, with no other customers in sight, and finally said, "I'm just going to drop this here because I have to be somewhere." They turned and said, "Well don't you want a receipt?" I replied, "Yes, I do, but I'm in a hurry and have to be somewhere." They still made no attempt to stop what they were doing. So I dropped my package and left. If you've ever dropped a package off, you know it takes less than 15 seconds to scan a package it. I will no longer use this WalGreens due to poor customer service.

So as I went to look at the site I saw the ratings at 2.3 Stars as of 4/27/24 I recently had the displeasure of going to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription when I went to pick up the prescription I was told that my ID number didn't match. I explained to the customer service representative that they may want to try a different number because I've had this issue before.painstakingly to no avail when I suggested to the customer service rep could she call the number on my card she had the audacity to say well it's Saturday and they're probably closed. When I got to my destination on the same day I called the medical carrier and they made the adjustments the number was wrong on the ID but they were willing to give me the new number. By the way I paid out of pocket for my medication just because a representative would not take enough initiative to call the medical carrier so they can put that number in the system.mmmm customer service can go a long way when you actually care about the customer.

Absolutely horrible! Was told my medicine would be ready one day, came back the next day to pick it up a day later than when I was told it would be ready, and it still wasn’t ready. Couldn’t wait so I left and came back to pick it up and now I’m in the insanely long line.

Would be nice if the hours for the pharmacy were accurate. Dropped in at 6:20pm (both Google Maps & the Walgreens app say the pharmacy closes at 8pm, except on the weekends) - Nope, the pharmacy was shuttered. Another wasted trip.?

Pharmacy is very unkind. I attempted to pick up a seizure medication for my dog (I also called about it earlier in the day to get an update and was told would be ready that day) and the pharmacy stated it was not ready. Totally fine, I just asked if it was because it was only partially available. When they said yes I asked if I could get a partial refill (since this tends to happen often with this med and so a partial has been done several times in the past) that way I would be able to give my dog his seizure meds in the morning. The staff was so unkind in return. I guess they forgot I could see how they were reacting in response to my question through the window? I then told them not to worry about it after seeing their reactions. Their response was “sorry it’s been a crazy day and we have been very behind” which I totally understand and always give people grace in these situations, but to be that unkind to me just in response to a question?! I understand frustrations but that was so awful and uncalled for. All they had to do was say no. Will be having my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy tomorrow.

My insurance dropped Harris Teeter and forced me to go to Walgreens. This store is absolutely aweful! They act like it is an absolutely drudgery to be working. Staff is not helpful, show no urgency and rude. Please bring back Harris Teeter!

If I could give -10 stars, I would! This is the worst Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever been to in my life! It used to be good, but these 2 people are rude, condescending and inept. . Keianna and Sonja. Avoid them like the plague! I would go into detail, but I'm so over it right now! It took over thirty minutes for me to come out empty handed!?I will explain tomorow. A lil tidbit...After waiting foreva and being ignored by Sonja and talked down to by both,they would not honor the GOOD RX coupon. They said they're not affiliated with it and would not give me the price they were supposed to.
