Just want to let you know the AWFUL service we received from your pharmacist Than Mai, she was rude, talked to us like we were retarded and decided not to give us the vaccines we came for, just because she decided our insurance card, was not what she needed to even check on the system if they covered the service (which we know it does as we have done it previously).
This person was rude an had us waiting for a long period of time even when we had an appointment made previously.
You should not have people like her working in something as important as people health care.

This used to be a great pharmacy. Years ago. I've picked up prescriptions twice this week and both times, parts have been out of stock. This seems to be more the rule than the exception lately. And the staff isn't nearly as friendly or helpful. I hope this will be my motivation to finally do what I've needed to do- find a new pharmacy. Don't go here. Find a pharmacy that cares.

I tried to get a flu shot but they would not let me unless I used a QR code to check in. Lady behind the pharmacy counter was very unprofessional when I asked to fill out the paperwork on paper instead of using a QR code. I am taking my business somewhere else that values customer service.

Do not use this pharmacy!!! I’ve had nothing but trouble here and actually switched to CVS, but my doc called in my prescription to my old pharmacy by accident.
Prescription called in at 11:20am, husband went at 12:30pm and it wasn’t ready. They said it would be ready within the hour, came back an hour later and they were closed for lunch. Now it’s 2pm, my prescription still isn’t filled. For context, I am waiting on nausea meds as I have a stomach bug and have been throwing up all day. Time is of the essence!!!
Don’t even waste your time here.

The pharmacy is super slow and the people there are super rude. They are working to make your life very hard as much as possible. They don’t listen to you at all and they are super super rude. They give lectures to everyone even on a stupid check in via barcode and then they got angry right away.

Never bring baby or toddler to the photo place for passport photo. The guy was rude and no patient at all. Very unpleasant experience. Disgusting place, if you don’t have patient and not welcoming customers, then you shouldn’t work here even it’s a $1500 per month job!

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY
They are understaffed, the staff they do have is uneducated, they consistently mess up. I'm talking withholding life dependent medications because they ran insurance wrong and won't check for you, cannot spell your name correct, make false assumptions
WORST pharmacy hands down and caused a lot of unnecessary stress at multiple intervals before it was clear we had to change.
At one point, the pharmacist said "not my job"

My recent experience with this pharmacy was extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially given my previously trouble-free interactions. My son’s prescription was sent to the pharmacy at 10AM, and I heard nothing from them all day. I had to call at 4PM to check on the status, only to be told that they were just starting on it and it would be ready by 5PM.
When I arrived at 5PM, a staff member told me to wait another 15 minutes because they still hadn't begun preparing it. After waiting, I was informed that they were just about to start, but then they realized they didn’t have the correct ingredients. The staff member supposedly called other pharmacies but couldn't find the necessary ingredients.
The following day, my son’s doctor called them and explained why they supposedly couldn't fulfill the prescription. It turns out they did have the ingredients, but they had a 30ml bottle instead of the 10ml prescribed. For some inexplicable reason, they couldn't figure out how to use it. Because of their incompetence, my son was unable to get his medicine the same day, and his treatment was delayed unnecessarily. I took the prescription to another pharmacy the next day, and they filled it without any issues.
I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed. I will never return to this pharmacy.

Eight months ago, I posted a very low score in my review. This time I am impressed. The technicians went above and beyond my expectations and kindly addressed my issue. They went out of their way looking for another store that can fill the prescription. They were on hold for more than twenty minutes. I am very appreciative. They were amazing. Thank you very much.

I have just had the worst customer service experience imaginable at Walgreens Pharmacy. To the extent that I left and immediately transferred my family prescriptions.
