I called before to verify the prescriptions were ready and the filled the quantity I requested. She said they had. I got there and they hadn't filled one and the other they filled with a quantity I did not request, nor was the prescription written for that. They would not give me the current GoodRx price but since it was close to the price I said ok, fill it. I waited 25 minutes and then was called to pay. She then said the price was $25 more. That is when I calmly told them that it was my first time at the pharmacy but after this experience and I would not be back. Rude, unprofessional pharmacist Rachel yelled across the room that she didn't want my business. She did not ask why I was disappointed or what had happened. She talked over me when I was trying to explain the misinformation I was given over the phone as well.
This was the worst customer service I have experienced in some time.
Don't waste your time. Chose somewhere that values you as a customer and seeks to understand the issue at hand when there is a problem.

Walgreens is my place for the needs. It has good selection and organized well to find the stuff and friendly staff is very helpful

Pharmacy had my scrip for 12 hrs and it’s still not ready. Asst is very rood. I will no longer use this store. I will call the cooperate office.

Rachel and Jake are two of the NICEST and most professional pharmacists I’ve ever worked with. They are patient and understanding, let me ask questions and talk without being rude or cutting me off, even though I know they are busy. Rachel is also very empathetic and compassionate. I’m from TN but travel to Raleigh a LOT for work, so I often have to transfer prescriptions and Rachel has always made it the most pleasant experience and they have them ready SUPER fast for me.
As long as my company has me working in Raleigh during the year, I will always use this pharmacy!!

No one is ever working there. We went at 6 and there were multiple customers but no employee seen for at least 20 minutes. We walked and knocked on doors but could not find them.

My husband and I just came in for our Covid shots this afternoon and the male pharmacist who administered them was great! Next time we need a Covid vaccine, he’s the person we want even though it’s a bit of a trek from our home.
