Every Walmart Pharmacy I go to does such a great job with customer service. This place went above and beyond helping my daughter. Great work!!

2 meds sent from ER for my daughter. This is their screen. Both names spelled wrong. Second misspelled so badly they couldn’t find what it was for or tell me. They said maybe it’s for blood pressure. I left it bc I’m not giving my daughter a med that the pharmacy cannot explain. I leave it and come home and look at what the Dr sent over. It’s supposed to be ondansetron, anti nausea med. Called pharmacist and she was not concerned simply said it’s filled and I don’t know where you got the spelling from. I repeated that the pic is from their screen. They once gave my daughter double the dose of antibiotics for twice length of time. Final straw was them getting a mental health med dose incorrect. Horrible pharmacy. (ER sent to wrong pharmacy as I don’t trust them anymore) check your prescriptions if you go here.

My order was placed 30 minutes before their lunch, I arrived 15. It was just 2 pills. They told me they weren't going to work on it until after lunch. I was the only person in line. Made me wait 45 minutes for no reason what so ever

My prescription was not ready on time— I had to wait an extra 30 minutes to get it.

After today, I am officially DONE with this particular Walmart pharmacy. It’s hard enough being a chronic pain patient. My misery is further compounded with each visit to pick up my medications, because I’m interrogated like a criminal every time. Honestly, I do not feel like I owe the pharmacy employees a detailed accounting of all my health issues, of which there are several. I feel that if a provider sends you a prescription for a patient then you should fill the prescription for the patient, and if you have any concerns regarding the prescription, address those concerns directly (and privately) with the provider! Do not subject the patient to embarrassment and humiliation by interrogating them and asking them EXTREMELY personal questions in a public place where lots of people who have no business knowing your business are within earshot. But today was it for me. First, I asked the person ringing me up what my total was going to be, and instead of giving me an answer they proceeded to say “[name of medication] isn’t covered by insurance!”. I gritted my teeth and told them I knew that already. I paid for my prescription. Then I was sent down to the end of the counter to be “counseled” by one of the pharmacists. Keep in mind, I have already told these people MANY TIMES why I’m being prescribed this medication. I’ve explained my health issues to them over and over, and I’ve even gone as far as showing them my X-rays of my spine that show in graphic detail the issues I have! I don’t understand all the intrusive and personal questions each and every single time. Can you not put notes in your system for each patient to refer to? I am just NOT COMFORTABLE talking about my private health issues in such a very public setting! The worst part was when the pharmacist held up the pill bottle before handing it over and said “now you have to make this [name of medication] last 30 days!”. My humiliation was complete at that point. I literally hung my head in shame as I walked out with my medication that I didn’t even feel deserving of by that point.Experiences such as this make me fervently wish I’d NEVER sought help for the chronic pain issues that plague my daily life. I honestly feel that I would have been better off continuing to suffer in silence and without any help of any kind because this level of shame, humiliation, and being treated like a criminal has most definitely NOT been worth it.

Great customer service. The ladies always help me with a smile. If I have any questions, they are answered without making me feel like I’m bothering them.

5 stars for price! Negative 7 stars for policies... somehow everywhere else in town has figured out to refill a prescription, but at Walmart, "sorry, we're not allowed to use the internet... you have to call 5 times and miss a few days every month"

I cannot believe I had to go round with the pharmacist about the the pain med for my Fiance Rhonda Godwin. She had an 8 inch insertion in her back and had 2 vertebra fused together with rods and the pharmacist who was so concerned about the dosage decided that it was better to grill my bed ridden fiance for over 10 minutes about the meds the doctor prescribed instead of calling the doctor and she kept screaming about liability and I was like you need to take that up with the doctor not the PT. Her name was Lameg or something like that a foreign Pharmacist and when i asked her was it a practice to grill Pts instead of the doctor all she kept talking about was the dosage.I explained to her that if you take 13 aspirin it will be your last headache and she looked at me like a deer in the headlights.I should give 1 star but they did get the meds to me quickly once I got there.

This Walmart pharmacy is actually one of the best I've been too. Not a long wait, the staff is super friendly and love to talk to their customers. The pharmacist was very helpful when it came to explaining the medication for my wife's recover from her surgery. I'll always come here when I'm in the area. Five stars is not enough for this place!

Notified my prescription was ready, arrived and pharmacy was closed for lunch (not mentioned on website this was happening) so we returned cart of groceries and left as Walmart pharm is not my life. What do we see manning the shopping carts and door as we leave, the two women who were historically at the counter of the pharmacy. Walmart down sized the pharmacy staff and reassigned these capable women to the front door. By reading the reviews and most commenting on lousy service at the pharmacy it has been a huge mismanagement of personnel and needs store management attention, for every review writer there is 25 or more dissatisfied customers.

You are "short staffed" and cannot meet your obligation of curbside prescriptions for seniors during this crisis. If you would not have removed your dedicated staff, who have worked in the pharmacy area for a LONG time, you would have the staff needed to satisfy your own policy.

This pharmacy was rated by pharmacy digest as "SLOWEST PHARMACY IN AMERICA"!!!!! Seriously they are the worst. Add help or get rid of the ones that suck
