Don’t bother with curbside pickup. Literally couldn’t be any slower. Minimum fifteen minute wait even if you check in on the app before leaving the house. Cashiers also poorly trained on corporate price matching policy.

This store does not honor online price match. The items I wanted were not labeled correctly in store so I tried to look it up by using the price scanner in store. This store no longer have price scanners for customer to use in store. They told me to use walmart.com to check prices. At check out I noticed the prices they charged me were different from Walmart.com. Went to customer service and staff told me that they do not honor online price match. Gave me the "not my problem look" and told me to take it up with Walmart.com. As a customer I did my due diligence to check the price before purchase it and the store is giving me the run around. Such a waste of time. I returned all the items and they had to reimburse me. A waste of everyone time!!! No one was able to give me a solution of how to go around finding instore prices vs their online prices. Check your receipt to make sure you are charged correctly. And their curbside services is horrible!!! The item I returned that morning to order online to get the "online price" was not available because the staff couldn't find it. When I was just there that morning and there were like 4 of them there. Again waste of time!! I had to go back to the store to tell them that my item was a this store because I just returned it within 2hours ago. The team lead staff was able to help me and track it down for me. But again that was a waste of my time and his. I'm gong to shop at Amazon from now on. Porchelar, do better with training your staff to use critical thinking skill.

I haven't actually been inside a Walmart in a long time, maybe a year. But I order things online from walmart.com and they either are delivered to my house or I have to go in and pick them up from their pick up service. I've always had a pleasant experience with the employees who deliver my pickup items to my car

This Walmart is very dirty. It's sad to see so much trash all over the place.

I was at this Wal-Mart on January 13, 2022 to make a return on an item that I purchased online and the Customer Service Representative at the service desk was very professional and friendly. I did some shopping as well upon checking out; noticed that there were only two cashiers on the service line and the rest of the lines were self-check....but overall my visit went well.

I have had several awful experiences with online/ curbside pickup at this location in the past 5 months which had me waiting over an hour for my order or with the store cancelling my order without notifying me. Yesterday I placed an order to be picked up between 6&7pm. I received 2 notifications that my order was delayed. Finally at 9:48 pm I received a notification that my order was ready for pickup. I checked into the app and drove 15 minutes over to the store. I checked in with the parking spot when I arrived. No one came out with my order and no one picked up the phone. It was ridiculous and customer service was closed so I went home. This morning I had a reminder my order was ready so I checked into the app and rode over to the store. After I arrived I checked in with my parking spot number. After waiting for 35 minutes I called a attendant over after they deliver an order to a car that arrived 15 minutes after I did.He said he would check but if my order was from yesterday they probably restocked the items. I explained how it had been delayed and then when I arrived last night no one responded, answered the phone or came out with my order. He said he would go back in to check for my order. After another 20 minutes of waiting I called the 1800 number.who told me my only option would be to cancel that order and schedule another one. Then the Attendant came back out to tell me that my order had been restocked. I cancelled the order but now my only option to get my grocery order before Christmas is to drive to Apex. This one order ended up costing me $25 in gas and 3 hours of my time.

Blue, the pharmaceutical technician, is the most helpful and friendly person I have had interactions with at the pharmacy. I was so blessed to have crossed her path. She deserves a raise if she hasn’t already received one this year. Thank you for the kindness, professionalism, and laughter you shared with me.

The Walmart Associates all hate their jobs and the proof is obvious when they close self checkout. Lines only appear after they close self check out. The performance is sluggish, uninterested, never come after 9PM to this Walmart if you want to spend an additional 30 minutes in the store waiting on a line for a Human to check you out. A machine would be faster, when your scanning yourself at self check out you get out because you’re actually interested in getting through checkout quickly. Id rather go to self check out, none of these people care about their jobs and it shows every night.

This place is awesome, really worth the trip. Allow plenty of time because it's huge and one of, if not the best tank museums in the US. Uniform collection is also 1st rate.

Worst store ever! Hateful employees. Never pulled items that were ordered online. I had to call to hunt down and find out the $318 item wasn’t even available. Meanwhile they tied up that money and have yet to refund. Wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone!

Let Tuesday at 6:00 AM my wife and I visited you store to utilize the special senior hour. The whole process from entering your store in a safe and timely manner to utilizing the self checkout was flawless. The store was well stocked and we were able to purchase these tips in reasonable quantities. The customers were respectful of social distancing and the vast majority were wearing masks.

This was the worst Walmart I have ever visited in the Cary, Apex, Morrisville area. Just awful. Felt like a Kmart from 20 years ago.
