Not 1 star to this brunch but to entire wells fargo, I think they steal money, my money gets disappeared from credit card. I usually pay the entire ballance but now my ballance is $600 that I don't know where did I spend it?! It's not showing in transactions but just outstanding ballance $600.I will shortly close my account with this banks. I can't trust it.

Went here because it was the best rated branch in the area, and it didn't disappoint. Staff were attentive and took care of my transaction with minimal hassle. Looks like lines at the teller get long when it's busy but around lunchtime was pretty quiet.

Had a $20 dollar bill that had 5% missing piece on the bottom and dirty looking but you can see all serial numbers. The teller glanced at it and said they don't take contaminated money. I called wells Fargo customer service number and they told me they do accept it and maybe it's just that branch. He suggested trying another branch.

Walked in to open a business account. Talked to the business banker who had appointment coming up still he got Steven Megaloudis to open the account for Me . Very courteous., fast , knowledgeable. Thank you guys .

Sat with my wife for half an hour waiting, while they continued to take walk-in customers. One of the bankers walked out to greet multiple walk-ins and serve them immediately. Ignoring us entirely.It was very obvious they were serving older customers who were dressed sharply and did not respect me for being in a hoodie and jeans.The descrimination was clear. What they don't realize is that this is common engineer clothing, and you've lost a customer who by no means had a meager account with Wells Fargo.When I expressed my frustration we were again ignored.

Lazy, uninfromed worker lied about what I needed to open an acct. I had to go to another branch who confirmed I did not need the paperwork the representative said I needed. The lady was obviously trying to avoid work, so sad. What do they pay you for?

What an amazing group of people. I went in yesterday to buy a vehicle from a private party, with my mom joining me to help me through the process. First off, I didn’t end up buying the vehicle, the guy was trying to pull a fast one on me. The guy ended up raising his voice and got pretty mad because he knew he got busted. Every single teller and Wells Fargo team member jumped in to tell us that what he was doing was not only sketchy, but also wrong. If it weren’t for the input from everyone there, I’m not sure what would have happened. I wish we lived closer so that I can just walk in and talk with everyone! What an awesome, enlightening, and also mildly frustrating experience (the frustration came from dealing with the vehicle owner who was trying to scam me) Again, kudos to the young gentlemen who put that scam artist in his place for interrupting my mom, as well as him. Thank you.

My visit to this branch was the best part of a very chaotic closing. After getting final numbers from the lender (a different company) right before my scheduled closing, Lilly here at the branch got me set up with a last minute appointment to get the closing money squared away. She was very helpful and cheerful which helped calm down my stress, and helped me get my funds submitted on time.

Always pleasant and knowledgeable staff ! This should be a model bank for Wells Fargo where people matter not computers , online everything or do it yourself approaches ! God Bless them all!
