My experience was great! I showed up on my lunch break without an appointment and Todd M. went out of his way to accommodate me. I didn't feel like a bother and in fact felt the opposite. People like him remind me why Wells Fargo has been my bank for over a decade.

Looking for a safe deposit box, we found that other banks needed either huge deposits or monthly checking fees. We already had accounts with Wells and decided to go there. Luma came in on her day off to make sure we could get set up. The staff were friendly and everyone said hello. I can't say how well Well's banking will go, but the staff at this branch went the extra mile.

I have been banking with Wachovia since 1990. Received good service and was skeptical when they were taken over by Wells Fargo, that the good service would continue. Every time I encountered a financial issue (btw - not caused by WF) they were very accommodating and came to my rescue and went totally out of their way to help. I am a big fan of their service. Awful bank!! Very unprofessional!! They are highly prone to making mistakes, and the staff seems uncaring, and very uneducated. There is the air of sleaziness when you enter, and it just gets worse.

I generally have a distaste for large banks, but Wells Fargo since 2009 has done right by me and my companies. I prefer to shop locally - including banking, but I haven't found a local bank that is willing to provide the services that Wells Fargo does at a similar cost.
