A huge shout out to the deli department! A few weeks ago I needed platters for a group luncheon. Mitch, Kimberly, Emma and Mickey made this so easy. The food was delicious and displayed beautifully! Everything was fresh, we especially liked the roasted chicken salad and the garden salad. Thanks guys!

The staff are helpful...very much so. In the deli/ produce section, I saw some dessert that I wasn't sure I wanted. The staff asked if I wanted to try a piece, and I said yes! I really appreciated that gesture, because I did not end up liking the food, and did not buy it. However-- I did end up buying other things, and part of that was because of the fabulous customer service they showed in that small gesture.

Hate this store so much that i drive a hour to seneca to go to publix half the time. Store never has the same people working there for more than a month, no cashiers before 8:00am, just poorly managed. Tear it down put a publix or something in its place… sylva ingles isnt great but its better than this…

Wonderful store. My wife and I have been visiting the area for years and love the ingles store. Great staff, extremely helpful. Wonderful deli section and they do a fine job in the bakery.

The people are a pleasure, generally. Prices are high, lines can be excruciatingly long, self checkout kiosks are a persnickety pain in the posterior and they always seem to stop carrying stuff I like. Other than those well-founded complaints about things mostly beyond their control they're doing a great job at the end of the day. Prepped food is usually hot/good, meat and produce quality/selection are excellent, shelves well stocked, new items found frequently, always clean. The controllable complaints will never be resolved without competition so I'll refrain from breath-holding. Given its location, us beggars are in no position to be choosy.

Cashiers, N.C. Ingles was clean and well taken care of. The Asian food at the deli was fresh and delicious. The staff were kind and helpful.
