Worst experience ever ! Stopped on the way to an event to get some biscuits. Placed order on their machine waited over 15 mins while others were served , come to find out the associate doesn’t utilize their order process she just takes them verbally , also found out associate has a food allergy and we were told she couldn’t make our order - When we found out we spoke with the manager on duty and the associate came up and interrupted to state she had food allergies and couldn’t make our order. Not a problem at all. The manager didn’t seem to know so I’m assuming that reasonable accommodations aren’t being made. The associate was rude - even to the manager and started to walk away. Here is where I got upset she waved with both her hands and said bye bye - I told her she was rude - at this point she asked us to leave - really - a non manager asked us to leave. At this point I told her she was rude again - she told us to leave / I told her she couldn’t and she started her waving again - we have asked for the owners name and number - we were proved with a corporate number - not sure why the manager on duty didn’t say she would handle the situation because I would be fine with that - worst case of customer service I have ever encountered. Spinx - we live in the area and utilize your store for gas weekly for all our cars and we frequent for breakfast. Staff needs to be trained to utilize the tools provided and if a service isn’t available it should be noted. I will not be back again and will share this story with my friends. While I may not make that big of an impact by not shopping there - word of mouth will not help !
Training and coaching is what is needed here !

We stopped in to put air in all 4 tires. Aksil came out and was SO helpful and nice. He aired up all 4 tires and showed us (2 women) how to operate/air the tires. ? We really appreciate his friendly, positive attitude! Thank you so much, Aksil!!

Very clean and neat place. Best supermarket and quick In and Out service station/ in Cashiers, NC.Friendly employees with great customer service. ?. These guys are amazing, open on time every day at 5 am, very welcoming, and offering great customer service with a big smile and attention.The store and the deli are so organized, clean, and always stucked shelves. Ready delicious sandwiches. You can find everything you need at this service station at anytimeof the day. From 5am to 11pm.I would also like to thank Mr. AKSIL from Atlanta, GA, and Mr. SHAE from Greenville, SC The two general managers for putting so much of their efforts and time in making this happen in our little town of Cashiers. We really need more people like them around here.Sincerely,A daily satisfied customer.

If you are high in the mountains, you want to fill up with less expensive gas on the flatland before you arrive. But there are times when you have to grin & bear it and pay the price. Spinx is one of two gas station/convenience stores in Cashiers. Not a WaWa, but it will do at the time for sure.

Is okay. One of only two games in town. Nice staff at checkout. Food service staff is unexceptional, not very hospitable, sort of rude. Fried chicken not as good as last owners.
