One of, if not the worst customer service experiences of my life. Very rude, unhelpful people at the desk. I was scheduled to drop off a 5x8 trailer there, and when I went into the office, I was unceremoniously told I would have to drive to Sylva or Franklin to drop the trailer off. They said they were trying "to not be a dropoff facility" because they didn't have room. I asked if the fact that I had a contract with them named as the dropoff location made any difference. Nope. I said since I'm the customer and you are the customer service people here, is there anything you can do to help me so I don;t have to drive a minimum of 40 miles round trip to drop the trailer off? The only reply I got was "Well, the only thing I CAN do for you is to tell you again, you have to drive to Sylva or Franklin and drop the trailer there" End of story, no effort to help whatsoever. The other customers in the office were as dumbfounded as I was. One said "I don't blame him, that isn't right". No reaction from customer service princess.I called U-Haul customer service to see what they could do. After holding for 29 minutes, I got a human, who told me there was nothing they could do except give me an extra day with the trailer, no refund or assistance otherwise, except to tell me where to drive to deliver their trailer at my expense, but, of course that amounts to free delivery I provided at my expense for U-Haul.So, I got to drive a 45 miles round trip, at my expense of both time and money", and with no refund, compensation or apology from U-Haul. Certainly will be my last experience with U-Haul, and absolutely last with Midgard Self Storage and U-Haul dealer.

Spoke with Bob. Very short, clipped responses and rude tone of voice Unwillingness to help with rental that I had made with him on the phone a few weeks earlier. Said that he didn’t have my reservation and that I needed to go talk to uhaul. No customer service or interest to be helpful. Highly recommend you search for a different location if you are renting.
