Always extremely friendly staff (looking at you Austin, who helped me today :) ) and their customer care and appreciation is beyond the pale. Had them tune up my bike and when I went back a week later to have a new saddle fitted (I bought the saddle oline) they fitted it immediately with no charge. They are the real deal and I am always glad to do business with them.”
