“My daughter had gotten into an accident That wasn't her fault and had a dent that had to be fixed.The fix was flawless! These guys did a great job.They're also going to be painting the roof of my truck.They're easy to talk to.They make you feel like a very important customer. They had a quote within a reasonable amount of time, Unlike other companies having to call over and over again and chase just for them to write up a quote. The quote they gave was very detailed in every line Item, how many hours of labor and everything I had no questions from the quote. They will be my go to for any dents or anything in the future Hopefully not though. The quote was very reasonable to do The roof of my truck which had de lamination From the sun and there's no way to fix it Other than painting. I'm updating this review as of November 25th 2025. I had a problem where the seal went bad on my third light. No fault to them.I called them and asked them if I could bring it in.And they fix it for me, no problem, no questions asked another reason why I will continue to bring my vehicle here for any aesthetic problems.”
“When my collision happened, my daughter recommended Cape Fear Collision as they had been very helpful to her. I checked my insurance and found them on the preferred list so I called them. They were very friendly and helpful. They arranged for my car to be towed to them and had prompt excellent communication with my insurance company and with me. They had my car ready four days before the estimated completion date and it looks like new. They also took care of notifying Enterprise to pick up my rental car.
I was extremely pleased with my whole experience.”

“Ive been to Neil twice now and both times were great experience. The first time I needed my side mirror painted and he was able to do it very quickly and gave exceptional price. I recently had to get a big scratch buffed out of my hood. He did it within an hour, and it turned out looking amazing. Neil is always looking out for his clients and as a college student unsure of what to do with car issues, he has really helped me out with my car. “A big thanks to the proactive and kind crew here — especially Hayden! After my wash, I pulled into a vacuum spot where one of the hoses had snapped in half, so I used the one on the right instead. Before I could even look up from cleaning to say thank you, Hayden had already come over with a step ladder and swapped the hose for a brand-new one — all without me asking or needing to move. Super kind, attentive, and impressive initiative. Great service all around!”

“Highly recommend for students, this guy always charges less than the other body shop, ex: headliner fixed less than 200$ depends ( other 250$ or more, you bring your oil and filter he will change it for you with only 15$ , when you go to other oil change place you might don’t know which oil they use so highly recommend for students.”
