I was given an estimate from the premier repair shop for Audi for $7800, a second estimate from the chain for close to that. Both shops were going to replace my fender, repaint my hood and blend the paint to my door. Thus having to remove the skin of my door and my hood. You and I both know how non factory paint turns out. Not to mention all the things that can go wrong. I had heard rave reviews about Jeff, but this is my baby. Meet Grace a 22 SQ5 with 16000 miles. She’s beautiful. And now she’s just as pretty as ever thanks to Jeff. Communication from him and his wife were excellent. My car was delivered before promised and at the estimated amount. I can’t say enough, but a picture is worth 1300 words, which is what it cost to bring her back to original!!!”

“I recently was a hit and run victim two in two days. I was without my car for two months. They openly communicated with me the process. At the end it was a little frustrating because my car wasn't fully fixed. It was making a sound that they were concerned about. I told them I wasn't going to pick up my car if it wasn't fixed. They told me if I didn't pick up my car by tomorrow they would charge me storage. They, then, told me to contact my adjuster. My adjuster came out and straightened it out. It would have been an excellent experience if it wasn't for that interaction. Everyone was nice, except for that.”

I was a little leery at first but quickly changed my mind. They stayed in touch with me daily on the progress of my car which I appreciated. They let me know on pick up day that it was ready in the morning but pick up time would be around 4. To my surprise it was because they had to detail the car. I did not expect that.
