They were able to take in my G35 less than 48 hours after I called and did a complete sap removal, buff, wax, and interior clean. After they delivered the vehicle to my apartment. My car looked brand new and reminded me of why I bought it in the first place. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Dropped my car off and 6 hours later it was looking brand new again. You can tell he put in a ton of work and no corner went untouched. “Decent car wash, although every time I have paid for a package that includes the tire shine - it never actually puts tire shine on my tires and I need to ask them to do it after the wash. Sort of like - do they skimp out on providing it for everybody that pays?The prices went up this month (January 2024) (from $5 to $7 for the basic package), so it’s not worth the drive for me to go there anymore; I’ll just go closer to home now.”

He even demonstrated to me how to take these tough water spots off my window which I appreciate. “I love cars and the only thing I love more is a clean car. At Personal Touch Mobile Detailing it's so much more than that. The owner Manny Llanos introduced me to the world of ceramic coatings. He also does wet sanding and paint correction. Each car is different and everyone has different needs and desires when it comes to protecting their ride. I have had 2 cars that received ceramic coatings and with that a monthly maintenance wash from Manny. I appreciate the time and the care he takes with my car and that comes from his attention to detail. He takes pride in his work and he makes it his business to always maintain his qualifications in his field. Manny embodies dependability, integrity, tact, initiative, unselfishness, knowledge, and enthusiasm. Traits he acquired while he served in the Marine Corps. Manny will never quote you a price on the phone. It only makes sense for you to bring your car in so he can look at it with you and discuss what you want and what he recommends. I advise you to call first as he is a one-man operation and he is very busy.”

“At times we have had difficulty lining up our car in the conveyor belt but here they use flat mat type conveyors and it is easy! We also don’t need someone to vacuum inside car so we go here when we need to spruce up car. Also the pricing is very competitive for what you get; a clean shiny car!”

“Good Afternoon... I had called a couple times and regards to The car wash that is located in leland north carolina off of village road.I had an issue where I was stuck in the car wash... And at the time no big deal the attendant was not there.I went back the next day and spoke with Donny about the issue. And his customer service was absolutely phenomenal. He made the situation correct right away.I have been to this location quite a few times and every time he is there, he is extremely attentive... If always asks if I would like my tires washed and cleaned..In my opinion you have an excellent staff member. Definitely somebody if I owned a business would like to definitely keep on without a doubt”

“BEST CAR WASH IN LELAND!!! For $8, you get an under carriage wash and dryer. Most of the times it's open 24/7 a few times late at night/ early morning it's been closed. Soap is far from a stingy amount. Dryers could be better, but it's a gas station / car wash after all. As far as the gas station goes. Gas is normally higher than other locations. Hot food bar has good chicken, burgers, and hot dogs. Typicall gas station snacks / drink selection. They have tabels indoors and outdoors. Decent coffee bar, fountain drink selection. Great selection of ice cream Hispanic treats included.”

“This carwash has a small, hot waiting room inside or you can sit outside on uncomfortable seats in an unshaded area of the parking lot. Neither choice is ideal. On the upside, the various employees who clean the cars were all very respectful and polite. They also seemed like hard-working people. So the staff gets two thumbs up, but the facility itself could use some upgrades.Cruisers has been at this locations for years. Can they not afford a shaded canopy outside for guests? On the other hand, good job on your current staff. Please continue hiring quality employees as not all businesses prioritize this.”
