“I used to work at a Dollar I must have people there wouldn't take time out of their day to help the customersbut at this Dollar general everybody took time out to help their customers and make sure they got what they needed and if they need help with what they were trying to find the employees would help they were absolutely amazing and very very courteous and did their job like they were supposed to”
“Your sign asked customers to wear a mask but unfortunately one of your employees was not using one. For your employees safety they must wear a mask. If your staff get covid your store would have to close plus anyone that comes in would be at risk, non compliance could cause you an unnecessary lawsuit. “When I first walked in the huge display caught my eye. Loved it. Store was in great condition and it was easy to find what I wanted. Employees were very nice and helpful they even tried to get me to buy some candy to help out...so I did. Ill be coming here again.”
“Ive been to a strangely large number of dollar stores, don't ask why. Like... 20 in Wilmington greater area alone. But also nationwide.It's pretty rare to see a dollar store this well stocked, this clean, and staffed enough to not be backed up at the registers (and it's somewhat understandable given dollar stores are low margin). But this store checked ALL the boxes. AND the staff went out of their way to smile, greet, ask how I'm doing. Like... what parallel universe is this? Give management and staff a bonus. Keep it up, great neighborhood store! And next to harbor freight too :D”

“Has what I need cheaper than the bigger stores and grocery stores. Friendly employees here, they know us when we come in. Can be a little messy and crowded when they are putting up inventory during the day, but all in all can't complain about this location”

“Pretty good store for some nice finds and prices. I find on many items in comparison to other stores Dollar General prices are far cheaper. The store is always clean and very easy to find what you need. A lot of sales go in weekly so if you have the app you'll be able to see upcoming deals! I also like that they carry vitamins now more than what they used to some years ago. The buy one get one half off it great! So , i usually load up on vitamins here. Especially when flu season is approaching. I've never came to this store and had a bad experience.”
“The staff are always very nice and helpful. The store itself is never fully stocked because they don't have enough staff . The shoplifters are bold, and the poor staff are helpless even when it is happening in front of them , they are so overwhelmed and visibly frustrated. The Dollar General Company needs to get it together. The employees work very hard , they deserve better pay & more security. The local WPD is never helpful.”
“Family Dollar is still a go to place for kids school supplies and so many more things that is inexpensive like shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, deodorant,toys,just like an old country store but with more versatile products but no gas lol friendly service clean also easy to see from the road and easy access to store”

“they have some great deals pretty nice store for what's available in the immediate area. walking distance from riverfront hotels. I have a six pack of very large paper towels for $4.50 and toilet paper for a $1 same as Dollar Tree for which is higher now... 3 oz golden crisp cereal which is very very fresh and good for only $2.25 every day”
