These have to be the laziest delivery people ever! Can 't walk 20 more feet to the front door to place the package out of sight. Not like it was heavy. It was foam floor tiles. No wonder UPS pays their employees more

Literally one of the worst business I've ever had to deal with, packages are always late and staff lies about having "reached out" Saying they left messages about the delivery when the didn't.It's unfortunate that some companies like Wayfair choose to use them , I like Wayfair but will have to bring my business elsewhere as the constant delays are a hassle.The latest issue , our address needed updating ...?There was nothing wrong with our address, called, got transferred to three different departments spent over an hour on the phone.Checked status this morning ...you guessed it "unable to deliver package, address needs updating"

I am just so tired of dirty half , torn packages being delivered.There is also a BIG SIGN ON THE FRONT door askingthe drivers ring the doorbell so package does not sit in the HOT SUNOR FREEZING COLD IN WINTER. We can only assume , the driverscan not read English or don't give a d.....We have called and spoke to either unhelpful, condensing people about the on going issues . One time got throughto someone in TX who PROMISED they WOULD ADVISE PRESCOTT VALLEY FED -X OFFICE about the issues.Promises , their words and assurances and QUALITY do not seem to matter to FED X ANY LONGER. How sad...

FedEx plain sucks!! I've never had more problems with packages then I have with FedEx! I have actually not Bought from companies because they ship with FedEx! It just keeps getting worse as well!! This current issue is a package that should of been here last week And now has been "delayed" yet again to not come until Tuesday now, though it is in a town an hour away from us since yesterday (Saturday)!

I believe it was Scott who helped me. GREAT customer service. Opened a few minutes early just to help me out and helped me out more than his job required getting my shipping level printed.

Paid for overnight but package got there in 2 days and they will not reimburse me the difference. That is stealing. Good by fed ex. I won't deal with companies who steal people's money.

FedEx keeps leaving my things in full view because the driver is too lazy to come to my front porch. I cannot get through to the FedEx line and have tried several times for several days on permanent hold. No wonder the driver feels he can do what he wants because nobody can get through to complain!
