She answered my questions and told me she would be able to get it to me today by far the best experiance with a post office i have ever had! Keep up the good work for yall”

“Kathy was extremely helpful, courteous and went above and beyond to explain the process of two moves/mail hold to me. So I changed our address once - to our new home - and Kathy explained that they will hold our mail for us to pickup regularly until our permanent move. If not for her assistance and time, our transition would have included 2 mail-forwarding addresses, one temporary and one permanent with the mail mess that may have come with two address changes within 2 months. As promised, the post office is holding forwarded and new mail and I just pick it up. Kathy was terrific! And the gentleman who also works there is very friendly, efficient and helpful.”
